Going to vegas in 4 months gonna get one roll of Portra 400, Ektar 100 & Kodak gold 200, do you recommend putting them in the fridge or freezer?

is it true that wrapping used film rolls in aluminum foil protects it? i don’t have the canisters so i will keep them wrapped with aluminum foil in a dark cloth

when i buy film from my camera store, it never comes from the fridge

some stores are, but most stores sells them fast enough that they don't need a fridge
