@MoonLightOnWater1 SO sincerely for you!🥴 I was able to return after NUMEROUS emails/conversations; however, refund received was less THAN HALF of purchase!! 😡 The beautifully "bathroom rug" pictured WAS NOT what I received...it was some type of RUBBER mat!!😵‍💫 More angry at myself for NOT checking them out FIRST! Anyway, happy you responded 🤗🙌🏾 to help others beware! Have a GREAT day!💯👍🏾

Considering West Elm can't deliver 💩 without destroying it, I might just roll the dice on the knockoff from Amazon. Quality doesn't matter when some half wit drops it and screws the legs on in reverse. West Elm is a joke.
