Our client was undertaking a complete makeover of this elegant and spacious Edwardian house in Hampstead and wanted the kitchen to follow the contemporary but classic style of the rest of the house.
Charlie designed a version of the Ledbury Shaker kitchen, bringing the style bang up to date with a modern cornice and specially designed aged brass handles. The colour palette is calm and muted in Shadow White , and there is a very serene feel to the kitchen with its beautifully made simple furniture. Storage and functionality were a priority so frame sizes on drawers were kept to a minimum to maximise cupboard space.
