Definitely love this rod for the price. Somehow was able to pickup the 6’4UL spinning model from a local shop and can’t wait to use it for some panfish. Great video!

@ChewyThaoFishing took the rod out first cast n snaps into 2 pieces. What a disappointment diawa.

I’m gonna say the Shimano SLX A felt better and lighter than the Tatula XT. Hence, why I bought the SLX. It would be nice if you could review an SLX A!!

How do you find the action on the rod you are using on this video? I believe it is a MH/Fast action? Thanks!

the regular tatula clears this but still great imo

Yes. The Tatula rods have a more sensitive blank. I also enjoy the cork handles :)

Honestly you can find the tatula rod msrp $150 on sale for 20% or used rod and that where I’ll put my money

Surprisingly, it’s pretty light for a rod in the $100 range.
