A good therapist won’t make you talk about anything you’re uncomfortable with until you’re comfortable with it, so it’s worth just finding someone who specializes in a disorder you might think you have such as depression or anxiety or adhd or ptsd etc and go from there

Bagels can cause diverticulitis. I have had diverticulitis/diverticulosis and no doctor has ever mentioned that bagels could cause diverticulitis. But, when i was in nursing school, my classmates and i were walking up to the breakfast bar in the cafeteria, a d when we reached the bagel section one of my classmates said: oh, bagels, fastest way to get diverticulitis. I ate a bagel, and a few days later, i somehow got diverticulitis!!! 😳🤷‍♀️. It is a very dangerous medical emergency. I recommend staying away from bagels , also stuffing yourself with too much pasta, also, stay away from too much cheese.
