Carrie......Carrie......OMG Carrie! He is going to love this. Especially when you said he loves Shakespeare and Charles Dickens .....and the Beatles? That means he will truly appreciate having a journal. My husband gets mad when I cut up originals so when I made a journal of his trip to the Nederlands I made copies of the things I wanted to use and then stored the originals in pockets. (My first ever JJ). This is my favorite journal so far and you nailed it!!!!! All of my grandkids have been sung to sleep with Take Me Out to the Ballgame (long suffering Seattle Mariners fan.. but looking good so far this year). My daughter's ex used to call me the baby whisperer. However, my mini me, the only one who looks like me also loved Yellow Submarine. When he learned to talk we had to sing not only yellow but purple, red, green and wait for it rainbow submarine.....over and over and over!!!!! Sis, I second Denise. You are no longer allowed to say newbie!!!! You are a Pro!!!!!!!!!

Making that page was so easy and I felt like it made it even more personal. Plus I was able to learn from that experience. I am working on a summer journal now and thinking through some ideas for making a page for that journal. I think I might make that a thing for the journals I sell. Each one of my creations will have a digital that I have personally created. I am keeping my fingers crossed that you find that magazine too! Oh I love this. I would absolutely LOVE to find a Beatles LGB because I went to Liverpool and Beatle museum and Love the Beatles. I will have to check my dollar stores here in Canada to see if they have one of those Beatles magazines. Lots of great ideas here. TYSVMFS ☺♥

This turned out perfect. Let us know what worked on the acetate. I tried fabritac once on acetate it and it melted the acetate. He is going to LOVE this and you were so detailed in curating specific items of interest for him. Thanks for the shout out too friend!❤

On the acetate you can use Bearly arts glue or art glitter glue. I wouldn’t use double sided tape because the hold won’t last. Hope this helps, teri
