There's so much love and attention to detail packed into the storytelling, it's refreshing to watch someone willing to take the time to engage and relate to the messages/themes. No worries about the amount of pausing, we come back each week to hear your perspective ☺

To your thoughts about having kids, the weirdest part for me with my kids is how they bring into sharp focus all of my own idiosyncrasies, neuroses, eccentricities, and my failings in the way they tend to reflect back things that I know they got from me. Do not get me wrong, they also reflect back my spouse and I's strengths and the things we tend to feel are unique about us, it's just that I tend to overly focus on the "negative" aspects about what makes my kids my kids. It's like you take a jumble of everything great and terrible about my spouse and I, shake it up, and you get these completely new versions that are both very alike and very different than us. It is a deeply humbling experience.
