Yay! The strike is over and there’s going to be a season 3. Yes, that monologue was killer. Award winning. They nailed that finale.

Worth re-watching for just the monologue alone. What an amazing first eight minutes. I was a huge Shameless fan so I knew he could act but this show really showcases his acting chops. 👍💯

I always forget how crushing that opening monologue is, started tearing up just watching it through this reaction

I love your surprise with the canned sauce and the letter. 😂 I noticed some dialogue I missed. Carmen commenting to Tina on how she is dressed like Syd, and how Carmen and Tina say THEY BOTH LIKE IT. That’s so sweet! ❤️ They really love Sydney. Ebra yelling “Are you crazy?” In the background at Carmen standing there watching the fire. Yes, yes Carmen is crazy. This show is so tightly plotted. Dialogue WITH visuals tend to tell the audience 2 story points simultaneously. Brilliant. SPOILER? Remember the debt to Cicero?

As always I really enjoy your takes and insight but was equally as good watching you in silence at the start and ends of this episode as you took it all in. Great end to the season, looking forward to Season 2 which is even better!🤗
