    Thank you for the discussing the battle of lepanto. It would help to include additional backgroud to the battles of the 15th and 16th century. For example, The Catholic forces were in clear violations of the 1491 Treaty of Granada. Exiled Spanish Jews were also given sanctuary by the Ottoman sultan Bayezid II in 1492. Furthermore, the Islamic caliphate had always provide due protection to the people of the scribes with mutual connections to the Holy Land of Jerusalem. On foreign policy, despite multiple crusade attempts, the caliphate have always maintained to be hospitable, despite having to be cautious at times of unrest, towards christian pilgrims to the Holy Land of Jerusalem. The peaceful nature of Islam is often overshadowed intentionally or not, therefore I would suggest to consider the above as well as the following events which could be the prelude (among many others) to the events being discussed in this video concerning battles that took place within the period being discussed. For example, The First Rebellion of the Alpujarras (Arabic: ثورة البشرات الأولى; 1499-1501) was a series of uprisings by the Muslim population of the Kingdom of Granada, Crown of Castile (formerly, the Emirate of Granada) against their Catholic rulers. Only those who could pay ten gold doblas were given passage, and the majority who could not pay had to stay and be baptized. By the end of 1501, the rebellion was put down. The Muslims were no longer given their rights provided by the Treaty of Granada, and were given the choice of: (1) remain and accept baptism, (2) reject baptism and be enslaved or killed, or (3) be exiled. Given the expensive fee exacted for passage out of Spain, conversion was the only realistic option for them. Therefore, only a decade after the fall of the Emirate of Granada, the entire Muslim population of Granada had nominally become Christian. Fast forward to year 2000, on the day of pardon by Pope John Paul II, much have been said about the attrocities that took place in the past, while what took place in 2001 (since the plane hit the tower) till today the wars that continues clearly is aiming towards people of Faith in the name of imperialism, materialism and globalism. Islam is not your enemy. Peace be to you all

    In the Greek Orthodox Church the All Holy Mary is revered as the Lady of Victory for saving Constantinople the Capital of the Christian Eastern Roman Empire when in the 7 century AD it was besieged by the muslim Arabs ,while the emperor was away with his army on a campaign.,A huge tempest occurred after the Patriarch Sergios conducted a Litany on the ramparts of the City holding the icon of the Virgin Mary high in front of the procession and the Arab fleet was destroyed and the remaining Arabs retreated. The beautiful AKATHISTOS HYMNOS is sung since then in all orthodox churches to Holy Virgin Mary in reverence and gratitude.

    How can God bless people who believe that God is three and one simultaneslousy ? How can Jesus be son of God and be human in one ? ( God is self-sufficient and man is needy) Obviously influenced by the greek mythology (see triple deity in greek mythology). The other side ( Islam) say: There is no God but Allah (God). These two are the core dogma of this two religions. If you are sincere and upright, you will choose the latter. Besides this, we as muslims believe in Jesus- peace be upon him- as a mighty messenger of God and that he is the messiah, that he, by God permission, cured the blind, give life to a death person etc. But prophet Mohammad-peace be upon him- is the completion and seal of the prophethood. The quran is the final message from God and contains all previous revelations like the old and new testament and is clean of human distortions ,additions etc ( nowadys like the bible, Torah). The battle of Lepanto is still a victory for the muslims and a deception of victory for the believers in triple deity (Christians).

    @@marietheresa7866 I did my homework. I explained to you people the trinity of God in Christianity versus Oneness of God in Islam. And you talking about the reality of trinity. Explain than to me how a person can be a human (Jesus) and God at the same time?( how can a square be round at the same time?) Explain to me how 3 can be 1 and vice versa? Show me a explicit text of trinity in the bible? Show me that Jesus, son of Mary, told you that he is God and that you should worship him alone? ( explicit text). You can't find it. So you should do your homework! And if your are upright you will see the Truth. Otherwise :" the eyes can see but the heart are blind".

    @@hanifitasova519 in Christianity it is not just Jesus and the Father, it is also the Holy Spirit, all three are God, or faces of God if that makes it easier to understand, beyond that we only human and can understand just as much can you explain how Muhammed can be the completion and seal of prophethood instead of the ultimate good that is Jesus, having been a warlord that also ordered the execution of people, which directly breaks one of God's Ten Commandments? as for Greek mythology, just leave it aside, it is what it is, mythology, no use finding similarites and differences between unrelated stories

  • @hanifitasova519

    @hanifitasova519

    2 жыл бұрын

    Dear @@andreascy9583 , you must believe that the holy Bible is God's word, don't you? But nowhere in the Bible is trinity of God spoken. If trinity of God is the creed of Christianity, than the bible must contain a dozen times that God is three, does make sense isn it? But in fact you cant find it, so it is man made stuff. There a lot evidence where is came from. In the Greek mythology you have the trinity doctrine ( I cant leave it aside). In the Councel of Nicea 325 they took this trinity as the creed of Christianity. So it imported from pagan believes. Furthermore you have in the ancient Egytian believe also the holy trinity: Osiris Isis and Horus. In short the so called holy trinity is not from Jesus, peace be upon him, but a invention of pagan believers. Than you had a question about prophet Muhammed. Firstly of all I want to emphasize that we believe in Jesus, son of Mary. We love him and respect him. Now you making a comparison between Muhammed and Jesus ( peace be upon them) and Christians used to portray the first as warmonger and bloodthirsty man and the latter as peace loving hippy. First of all Muhammad was also a statesman an Jesus had no state. And as a statesman sometimes you have the use violence to correct a situation. Violence in it self is not wrong. I mean the defeat of Nazism was by war, isn't it? . Furthermore even Jesus used violence ;how did he drove the money changers out of temple? He used violence to clean the temple of evil persons and their evil practices. Finally, Muhammed was not a warlord. He pardoned so many people who where is worst enemies and who committed many crimes against him and his followers. The first 13 years, they where prosecuted by the Qurays, nobility of Mekka, who where against Islam. They did everything possible to stop Muhammed and his followers and commited worst atrocities. The early Muslims even migrated to Medina because of this. But in the end he took Mekka with a large army in full arms without violence and what did he do with Qurays? He sad: I pardon you like my brother Youssef pardoned his brothers. I van give many many examples of his mercy. Andres, let go your prejudices and what is sad about prophet Muhammed in the media. Do some unbiased research and you will find the real prophet Muhammed, the seal of the prophets.
