Done with the joker storylines. A well done Mr freeze would be sick.

I'm hoping for a good portrayal of Bane. Two face, Victor Zsaz, and Hush all fall easily into the gritty, grounded style of this version of Batman

They've alrteady established Riddler is essentially the Zodiac Killer. so making Clayface something of a BTK or John Wayne Gacy would help ground him and nod to his Golden Era like @RaceCinema said. I kinda like the idea of the go to villans being relegated to the backgound and highlighting Batmans secondary rouges gallery. Zsaz & Hush are good, but Prop Pyg, Mad Hatter, Calander man, Clock King, Hugo Strange would all be fantastic. But also keeping the Mobs an element of the story is great.

If Matt Reeves could do his own “Heart of Ice” Story line it has the potential to be the BEST Batman Sequel

I want to see scarecrow. Not a psychiatrist for the mob, but as his phobia obsessed boogeyman. There’s a ton of potential for him as a psychological antagonist for Batman.

Would love to see Mr. Freeze get another shot in a movie

4:46 If Dick Grayson entered the story, he'd mostly likely be a child, because that is how he usually enters the story in the comics. Only in the movies did he join Batman as an adult. Dick didn't move to Bludhaven until he left Batman, and took up the mantle of Nightwing.

Around what year in Batman's career did Dick Grayson come into play? In my head I always felt like Batman was 5-7 years deep when he made Robin, but I now realize I don't know the canon for that🤔

Weren't they setting up the black kid who was being initiated at the star of the film in the "Joker" gang as Robin? The very same actor - Jay Lycurgo - takes over the role of Robin in Netflix's Titans series.

So we have several actors playing the joker all at the same time? What a mess DC has been. Not to mention there’s no Superman at the moment.

If they introduce mr freeze they’ve got to have mark strong play him as far as fan casts go he would be perfect for that role

I’m hoping they continue doing films from the comics. I want to see freeze, poison Ivy, Robin, and batgirl come back with better appreciation than before. I also want to see clay face, copperhead, Harley Quinn, and a few other villains we never seen. I eventually want to see a film like the very first one where Batman and Robin face joker, penguin, catwoman, and riddler.

Gunn will have his own Batman in The Brave and the Bold who will eventually interact with Superman, not Robert Pattinson. Matt Reeves universe is separate and won't involve other DC superheroes. That's why it's considered Elseworlds.

The Batman is one of the very best Batman movies ever

keep em coming... As long as they stay grounded, just stay away from cosmic entities like Superman etc

A couple mentions like Batman searching for a stolen item or something in a room and clayface appears from the ceiling, and Batman turns around to see him. Another addition to beat clayface maybe not as the main villain but mrfreeze will have to work with Batman or clayface will destroy the city

More fantastic villains should be used in later movies. The Batman part 4 and so on for Clayface types. He can still use something like Killer Croc in the Batman 2, especially given the flooded state of Gotham. And maybe a Firefly may fit the scenerio.

I love the idea of Matt Reeves The Batman Part 2. They should add Scare Crow, Clay Face, and Mr.Freeze that would be epic. Dick Grasen Robbin would be good. Before Darkwing there was Robbin. If Matt Reeves gets those villains in place you have a lot of stories. Maybe even A Knightfall series.Could be the grand goal for Matt Reeves. Having Ban would be the icing on the cake

Yeah, in a lot of iterations he's actually got a phd in chemistry (which explains how he can create Joker venom/gas).

This is a relatively inexperienced (year 2) Batman. I think they should wait for Robin (3rd movie). I’d like to see more iconic villains like Mr. Freeze, Clayface, Madhatter, Hush, 2 Face, Black Mask, Poison Ivy, Deathstroke, Deadshot.

Deathstroke would be bonkers, they'd have to bring in another hero or two though, Deathstroke doesn't break a sweat with this Batman and Catwoman at the same time.

I would love to see a realistic Two Face. Anton Chigurh, the main antagonist in No Country for Old Men was the closest I’ve seen.

He could have been born that way or he may have some tragic origin story. For all we know, he could have been a top district attorney that suffer a tragic event that caused his psychopathic disorder.

Victor Zsasz was so interesting in the batman arkham city game, hope to see him in the reevesverse one day.

Hearing that he's going to be bulking up will help. Maybe this time around he won't look like Nightwing wearing the bat suit.

I'm confused, how are they speculating Mr Freeze and Clayface are the prime contenders for villains. Doesn't Hush just seem perfectly setup?

The only things saving Mr. Prozac McSparklevamps ass in these movies are: a) The best visual architecture yet seen in a Batman series and, b) The blessed and Holy fact that Batman wears a mask, saving us all from this clown's perpetual and brooding "My Chemical Romance"-fanboy gaze. For the love of god, I don't know who he blew to get this gig, but he must rock one dynamo-hum.

Scene: Arkham is ablaze and everyone has escaped, apart from dead guards strewn around. Batman checks all cells and comes across Joker sat in the last cell, door wide open giggling to himself, playing with a toy rubber bat menacingly. Batman: "Joker..... Why, what. You didn't leave"? Joker: "You ain't ready for me yet, kid, Ahahahahaha". Then Joker turns around laughing to himself and just ignores Batman, staring at the corner of the room.

Heart of Ice is the GOAT of origin stories.

Initially I wasn't sure about Edward Diggory as batman, but it was a great movie and I can't wait for the sequel, especially when its the same crew making it.

I didn't think Robert would be a good Batman but it was great. I do hope Robin and Joker are far off.

Honestly, I think the young kid on the train, at the beginning of The Batman…is going to come back to be the Dick Grayson character…there was a focus on his character throughout that scene and to finish the scene it’s a standoff between him and Batman, where he ends up running off.
