That string in the wall in your apartment reminds me of a creepypasta game thingy which I saw a years ago where there is also a string coming out of a wall and the character pulls it out a every day for a few days before it's revealed that there is a body on the other side of the wall and what's coming through the wall is the hair of that body or something.

Just gonna say, you were a bit overthinking the thing with the kid. It's not implying his mother stuck his hand in the fan, it's just a lack of punctuation making it seem that way - What happened is he was messing around and hurt himself, then after the MC helps him, he was calling for his mother and blaming the player character, implying SHE stuck his hand in the fan, which is why the mother reacted the way she did. Aside from that, this was...a bit hit and miss for a Chillasart game. The first few scares and some of the ambiance were extremely creepy and well done, but after the sauna scene it just went downhill and became a bit...overdone. As well, the story is a bit confusing at times and does need some red-string-ing to put together, and even then, some stuff doesn't make sense. Such as why was it the curse of the Ubume, which in folklore is the spirit of a woman who died either in childbirth or whilst pregnant? Was that a deliberate choice, in which case, why use that muth and why are young women being offered to it? And why does the second MC completely forget about the sister in the good ending? What happened to the villagers? It's certainly not their worst game, but definitely not their best, either.

Biggest plot twist was the wanted man was just a red herring and was just chilling in this middle of nowhere village :P kinda upset that Maina had to die I dont think playing as her sis really added anything to the plot. I really liked where this story was going and love the bigger environment but the late game scares was kinda....goofy. if they just kept with the more tame scares and not in your face glitching through her body scares it would have been better

it took me too long to get that the "Chilla" in Chilla's Art is referencing an actual Chinchilla.

Ya know I watch A LOT of anime, maybe more then someone in their 40s should lol, bathhouse anime or episodes I always thought "That would be a pretty relaxing job, maybe clean up would suck a bit but chill nontheless." Thanks to this playthru it's one more job I would never consider haha

No matter how many times I listen to it, the sfx in Night Delivery, and now in The Bathhouse are soo unnerving The devs knows how to instill those unrelenting uncomfortable unexpected, getting under your skin of a feeling

you praise the game for having an inventory system, yet you still don't use it. i'm not sure if you can actually carry more boxes/firewood at once on different inventory slots, but you haven't even thought of that. you have also played that other chilla's art game where you were delivering stuff, and it had a priest. you did the exact same thing there. it seems you really like doing chores in games(it's not as if you didn't say that already). good vid, very nice reactions, you made me so scared i had to hug my cat for 5 minutes before i could continue with the vid. you're the best horror channel i've ever found on yt.

It's all about your mindset. He's talked about it a few times in previous episodes, people have thought that he fakes his reactions because he gets scared by things they don't think are scary. But he goes into these games expecting and wanting to be scared, he specifically lowers his guard so that they scare him more than they usually would, because that's the experience he wants.

Hey! I don't know if you'll see this but I'd like to recommend a game called SOMA. I think it may be the best and scariest horror game I've played this year! Frictional games can create some really good games and that's my favorite one. The lore is absolutely mindblowing lol. If you haven't played it yet I think its worth trying it out.

The Bathhouse looks like a very interesting Japanese Video Game by Chila’s Art. If you were to reply from the beginning, without accidentally throwing away the first doll in the trash. Would that have made any difference? Would you have not been killed? I think that maybe if you solved the Puzzle inside of The Bathhouse under 5 Minutes. Maybe you’d see something different. Stress induced hallucination, possibly. It's a form of psychosis, what people sometimes call 'seeing shadow people'. I saw moving, lifelike shapes when I went through a withdrawal-induced extreme depression, sometimes it was just shadows playing tricks and sometimes I was just being bonkers. The insane defeatist confirmation bias of depression often strengthens those delusions

Ngl after the masterpiece that was the closing shift, this incredible premise, the technological advances chillas made for this game my expectations skyrocketed but completely cratered in the second half when it went overboard with the supernatural glitchy ghost girl stuff. Like hilariously bad overboard, when she 'jumpscares' (most obvious jump scares ever except for a few btw) she looks like she's trying to find a pimple on your forehead to pop lol. There was so much potential and they wasted it with the ridiculous summoning a demon bit tacked on in the last five seconds and what ghost gives you a freaking memory puzzle lmao? I REALLY wanted it to be the landlord and monk kidnapping and murdering women as a team while the monk profits off the hysteria and the landlord is just a pervert. This would subvert the Chilla trope that all spritual and religious practices are good guys. You could still totally have the ghost and supernatural elements but set it up so at the end the big reveal is that she was trying to help warn you and protect you from the monk and landlord to keep you from becoming a victim like she was instead of just another angry ghost killing everyone for any reason which makes zero sense. Why is she haunting YOU instead of the guys who killed her? Just a bunch of missed opportunities, oh well they'll have another game out in a couple weeks lol.

I recommend a game called "The Theater Unrest". pretty interesting game
