Thanks for sharing. Best explanation ever. It was so clearn and simply put. I am big on Einstein's Quote: If you can't put it simply, you don't understand it good enough. In other videos, people are going from left and right and touching all the topics: This video hits the bull's eye. Saves time and is hence very efficient. All it took was 11 minutes to get 100% clarity on Balanced Scorecard.

Suggestion: Process Mapping with UML Diagrams (e.g. Activity diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram etc.) I did not suggest them to you coz there is no information available on youtube regarding this; there is. I suggested it to you because I am sure that you can explain them in the best possible way- the simple way. This would also give you more audience in your lectures. God bless you.
