    Is brand an intangible or a long term asset?

    Leases are accounted for as debt as of 2019, so stating that Chipotle has zero debt is not accurate

    You are correct - but I think it’s ridiculous that leases are counted as “debt.” that’s like pretending that future employee salaries are debt. I consider chipotle to be debt-free.
