After seeing this episode I am starting to believe that Jennifer and Brad are setting us up for a hella rollercoaster ride of emotions in which Boba and Omega, the only unaccelerated aged clones of Jango Fett, will meet. Jennifer Colbert and Brad Rau are the show runners for this show now and Dave is allowing them to creatively express themselves the same way George did with him. Jaz as a woman you do not understand how important it is for men to fight to gain each other's respect the way Hunter and Crosshair had to but Echo said there was no blood this time.

Hey, Jazmin! Shai-Hulud! Everyone's jumping on the "Dune" train! Lol. Now "The Bad Batch" has got to toss in giant ice worms to keep up with the Joneses. A derivative and predictable episode but an absolutely necessary one to bring Crosshair back into the fold. I didn't register the helmet bit so that was a good catch and I liked the parallelism you highlighted. The episode originally set on this world where Crosshair did his heel-turn was one of the series' best. I really liked the bitter argument between Crosshair and Hunter. Can't believe Dee Bradley Baker also voices Batcher! Lol. Nice to see AZI-3 again.

Why did Crosshair sound like Tech when Hunter fell in that tunnel?

The sensor beacons warding off the ice/snow wyrm is similar to how in Rebels seasons 2 and 3 the Rebel Alliance base on the planet Atollon when the sensor beacons were warding off the Krykna Spiders 🤔😉👍😌.
