Hi Lucy, Can you recall what your B12 levels were when you had liver metastasis? Because there is a strong association between raised B12 levels and cancer... Keep a good eye on your B12 levels

@nabeelmahmud449 that is very interesting! The chart in the video is my levels from my metastasis to Jan. I had low B12 when I was diagnosed (thr same point at which the cancer metastised). I do note in the video the slight increase even though i started a vegan diet- its possible that this was to do with the cancer then. So tricky to know for sure. Thanks for sharing, very helpful

This is fascinating, well done! I came here as I just received a notification on your Facebook post I’d replied to a year ago. I was acutely anaemic the year before I got a dx for cervical c, also vegetarian. Great info, thank you. I’ve been taking kimchi for gut for a while and will try the yoga breathing! I hope you are doing well and will catch up with your videos. Best wishes

Thanks for this!.. I found you on fB in a JT fB group. I just had my B12 checked though my new Functional Med doctor and I'm quite low.. I'm also dealing with cancer.. Many of the symptoms you mention I have, ridges on nails and scalloped tongue which I always wondered about. Ive had that tongue issue for a long time, never able to find out the cause. Regarding the ileocaecal valve... I've also had issues with the ileum for a long time with swelling in that area periodically that I manage with MMS or ozone therapy funneling. Maybe you are right. BTW, Nothing like wall pilates exercises for strengthening pelvic floor muscles in a very dynamic way.

Wow, interesting approach and congratulations on your work! So what would be your best recommendation to have B12 in a safe way, as the supplements are complicated to choose.

I think it doesn’t really matter too much. I am happy with cyancobalamin prescription pills from the NHS - I think mine are 50mcg. I dissolve them sublingually and make sure I keep my stomach acid high (sauerkraut) and ileocecal valve toned. They didn’t work before I got myself in order with sublingual and the other things I do and now they are fine. I also have methylcobalamin pills but I don’t take these any more as they make me very sleepy. My body just seems to excrete the excess cyancobalamin. I also love the lactobacillus Reuteri which I think has many more benefits than just B12, What’s your situation? Do you have a B12 deficiency? Xxx

My mom has pancan and is taking wheatgrass in a smoothie. Would this negatively affect her condition?

I took wheatgrass to help me ease pancreatitis - the research supports this. However, in light of the fact that I had a B12 deficiency, I needed to get over this. I still like wheatgrass but I'll take it only when I have pancreatitis rather than every day as a habit. I think wheatgrass generally is great but I had to crack the B12 deficiency. xxx
