One of Jeff's favorite music groups was the Avett Brothers. The Avett Brothers' hometown is Concord, NC. In 2021 a mural was painted on the side of Hawthorne's NY Pizza & Bar's building (which is just next door to the Concord downtown Library) of The Avett Brothers.
