Blade is def possessed by Varnae. He's referring to Atlantis (when it was above sea level) waaaaay to much. Plus the whole "vessel" thing from that other issue.

JJ I think i saw Blades daughter on Glenwood ave!👀😂😂😂 i love the whole “everybody’s doomed” stories when done right. I think this story is done right so far.(not talking about the tie-ins)😅

I’m thinking Blade is possessed by an ancient Atlantean sorcerer or demon. The story is okay but I’m more about the Moonknight characters than the current Avengers, not caring for the line up or the silly impossible city. I’m looking forward to the Hulk getting involved and Johnny Blaze coming back.
I figured as King of The Dead would have more resistance to being undead or at least be able to assert control 🤔

Iron Man’s new Mark72 should be impervious to supernatural attacks per testing by Dr Strange. Thor with “Thor Force”…. Should wipe the floor with Blood Covenant. Do better Marvel. IM can project Solar too.

Maybe Peter may be, but I don't recall Miles having that ability. Plus, something is still off here... no way Blade had time to fight the Adana, plan an assault on the Avengers AND Doctor Strang AND pull out a move to manipulate all the Darkforce users AT ONCE, within one publication issue??
