Wow! There’s a challenge! I’ll take full blame if shes not impressed!
Your videos are a really wonderful way to explore European cuisines. I feel that the current culinary trends, especially in content creation, favour Asian and New World cuisines, all of which I love. However, when I visited Portugal I have found many home style dishes that I can easily recreate here, in Hungary. Your videos showcase dishes that are only a few hundred (or maybe a thousand) kilometres away, but rather unknown outside of a specific region, or country, so can only be known by those who traveled there. Thank you!
Made this for dinner tonight. Its so easy and delicious. It's a staple during the cold nights
Looks amazing, think I'll give this one a go!

Super félicitations pet à bientôt dans le gers
Beautiful. Dear Pete, did you know that across the pond there's a version of a chicken dish from Marbella that's popular at dinner parties? But I've never seen an authentic version of the recipe presented.

I have made it a bunch of times yes. Sweet and sour with capers, prunes and olives. What could go wrong.
I really hope someday I can travel to Basque country this looks amazing. Great video Pete!

Ezpeleta, Lapurdi.
So nice to see another video from you! I spot an Opinel knife, which was invented for crafts and very sharp but is a great knife to any aficionado. I hope the RV does not mark the end of your inspiring biking adventures! Over here we have snow still and I would hesitate to cook outside as you do, even outside my doorstep. :)
