Thank you so much for doing this. I'm getting ready to do a Hyte Y60 case, asus 4090 OC, 13900 on an MSI MPG Z790 Edge WiFi board with EK's Quantum blocks. I do have 1 question. I have the 120mm fans for the top with Radiator and the 140mm fans with Radiator for the side. Is there additional fan & Radiator addition you'd recommend on this, or is the case limiting? Thanks.

Thank you for clarifying you dont need to put a water cooler on the asus strix 4090. I just ordered the white oc edition when i saw it back in stock and I was worried on the temps with people reddit talking about 4090 temps, but I didnt take into consideration they were mainly all older versions. In regards to cooling my PC and CPU I was going to get a NZXT Kraken 360 Elite liquid cooler for my CPU and then 10 lian li uni fans sl infinity 120 rgb in a lian lia evo dynamic or xl case. Will this be enough to properly cool my CPU, GPU, Motherboard, etc? Do I need to get a 420 liquid cooler for my CPU and do you have any brands you could recommend? Does an XL case help better with air flow in your experience? Lastly, I saw someone mention water cooling your ram. I dont play on doing that unless its absolutely necessary. Any recommendation for keeping my ram cool? I appreciate your response on the matter.

@WiredHardware Great video but need help - I put the same block on my 4090 Strix all is well. However, I managed to knock the RGB connector off the stock cooler/wire. I can't make out the wire order/color from your video - do you still have the stock cooler and could take a close up photo of the 4-pin (but 3 wire) RGB connector on the stock cooler? Thanks!

Hey, can I remove the black part with EK logo on it, at one end of the block? This unnecessary part makes the block longer and I don't like it at all! I want to cut the whole part starts from the Vector 2 trapezoid to the end

I know, use some force and separate them. It’s because of the pre-applied thermal pads. But ensure that you unplug the 3 fans cables attached from the cooler to the PCB. Try to separate little by little from each side until you feel like it’s coming off.

Hello, I am a 3D designer. I was trying to design this same card with a realistic image. Unfortunately, in some places in the card, I cannot find images with which I can complete the design. Can you help me by giving me some images? I will be very thankful. I am doing a full computer 3D project, and this is part of the project.

Dude I know! Trust me I was so bummed I didn’t get that footage in. But look, all I can tell you is it’s gonna feel like it’s stuck, but just gently pull off, the thermal pads and paste hold it tight on there, so don’t be worried to give it a good yank.
