My ascendant is at 10-21 but if you count the zeros it's 11:42+ the 2 zeros considering that each degree is 2 minutes it's 11:44 I was born at 11:43 but the hour starts at 11:00 +43 (00) is the first minute 1 is the second minute.kzread.info/dash/bejne/l4Btp7aoY7C-dbw.html

When Rick said charts have a resonance , a hum, it was an “aha connect the dots” moment for me. I started studying astrology 10 years ago ( been following Rick’s monthlies for years) I am a psychic and always did traditional readings sometimes with Tarot cards- but a few years ago was led to ask every client their birth info to pull the chart before their readings. The charts have become a gateway to my clairvoyance, I can feel the individuals vibration and pattern of life and intuitively receive messages about their soul contract as I look at the chart patterns. In effect I “read” through the chart, then supplement with the astrology. I now understand I am picking up the vibration , the “hum” the resonance of the moment of creation for that individual. So beautiful, thank you Rick and Amanda!!! I suddenly feel how vast the universe is and how closely connected we all are. Total joy! 💫💫🙏🏻🌟💫💫♾🌎♾🌎

That's so fascinating.

I had 5 generations of matriarchs living until I was a teen. I knew my great-great grandmother. We have a pattern of Moons, my Moon is Leo in the 8th house, my Mother is a Scorpio Moon in the 2nd house, my maternal grandmother's Moon is in Taurus in the 9th house. I don't have time of birth for my great & great -great grandmother, but my great grandmother's Moon is in Leo and my great-great grandmother's Moon is Sagittarius. I love this pattern (Moons and house placements) we have in the maternal line through our Moon signs. There are aspects as well, but don't want to over-complicate it. I have Sullivan's book and a few other's on this topic. Love it! Thank you Rick for sharing your smarts with us!

So fascinating. Over the years I've run charts for all members of my family (grand parents, parents, siblings, kids and grandkids) and the affinities and aspects are absolutely astounding. I especially have noticed a lot of connections between the risings, moons, Saturns, and nodes.

I have nephews who are fraternal twins....totally different. Super interesting to hear Rick explain how they might choose their soul path.

As an astrology and genealogist I ran my birth charts for three generations. I was so surprised to find many, myself included, with Mars in Cancer between 10 and 19 degrees. This included those who married into the family. It also fits with the generational pattern with emotional difficulties especially in expression.

The twin part…SOOOO accurate. It’s as if my twin and I are playing out different aspects of the same energies. Mom is a triple Leo, Dad was Leo Sun/ Gemini moon. They produced a set of twins w Sun Gemini (3’33”)/ Moon Leo. Can’t make this stuff up…

As a family system constellation practitioner I find this extraordinarily interesting. My mother just had her birthday Gemini Sun (now officially ghosting me) and I have Saturn square with Gemini and Sag. (4th h) My mom was the patriarch of the family. Who did get me out there but also obstructed me extremely... rejecting. . And I do also have Moon conjunct Pluto. This podcast was definitely enlightening for my inquiries into family systems & cosmic constellations circles for the future.🙏✨🙏

Just thought I would mention that Barbara Bush also had a daughter Robin born December 20, 1949. She died October 11, 1953 at the age of 3 from Leukemia. Barbara wrote a shot story about it that was included in one of the first Chicken Soup for the Soul book series. It would be interesting to see her chart also integrated with the family discussion. I’ve been studying astrology since late 2010 and my favorite part is looking at charts of soul families! Great show this week! ✨

I’ve always respected Rick but after watching this I appreciate his breadth of knowledge and how he ties birth, heredity, and psychology into astrology and natal chart. Dynasty is on my short list. Thanks for discussing this topic, much needed.

Yes especially with the new tidal wave of trauma awareness that isn’t too productive in many cases but mainly divisive.

Not only we choose the time of birth we harmonize with, but we’re born into the family we vibrate to. We take on our family’s genetics because we te already vibrating at a matching level. So we can’t really blame our family for anything because we’re pre-disposed to be with that family. If we don’t like our family, then we have to change ourselves to vibrate to a different family the next time we come

I’m listening and Family constellations is on my mind from the beginning! I’m so happy when you mention it Rick Merlin Levin, I’m fortunate to have done several! In one I was a facilitator in a French girls family, I was the mother! It was a complicated family and lots of drama and wounds! I got totally encapcitated at one time impossible to move my body became her! We solved a lot in that family, May they be blessed! Anyone who does this need great facilitators and who can handle what shows up it’s very strong! I wished that I had known the horoscope but I don’t! I do have looked up my family and it’s so informative. Still lots of unknowns. Light Energies from the Lady at the Lake 🌞

I always thought it was interesting that my ex husband is a Gemini, I have a Gemini moon, and my kids are twins (Leo's, same as my dad). I am an Aries sun and they have Aries moons. They are both Libra rising and so is their dad. It's so fascinating

Fascinating post. ... Lol, the "out" child may not FEEL left out, just IS out. Speaking as a Leo Sun, Pisces Moon, and Aqua Rising (squared by Saturn and Uranus), and parents who insisted we respect each other's privacy, I used to refer to my four older siblings as "my parents' other children." But I realized at school that it sounded (to others) weird to refer to my siblings that way. So I stopped saying it that way but kept seeing things that way. My parents did not know their birthdays (believable in their historic circumstances, where name days were celebrated rather than birthdays and birth records were destroyed in a fire) but they had spome sort of Aquarian influence (as did my siblings). The parents were non-judgmental, friendly to all, and con-conformists in their religion.

this is fantastic, i caught the end of the show earlier and now catching the beginning. looking at astrology in the womb with my moms chart, i have been looking into this for the last couple of years. this is so amazing. i cant wait for the next class with you rick. currently redoing classes 1 and 2 before your next one. my family is a total toxic mess.

I worked as a delivery nurse for decades. You mentioned multiple generations with same birthdate of Sept 19 (I think) if you go back, nine months prior, you get a conception date of Christmas. I have multiple birthdays of Nov 1st in my family, nine months prior is Valentines Day.

I whole heartedly believe this.ive looked at my sons and thier dad -my mom sister and father and I all inter connected I'd love to have a class in this I've been doing this with charts before other people told me about it.l just felt it was always in my mind connected.love this.

I have been looking at charts for this and similarities in my family. My mother, myself and my son are Aqua suns Jan 21, 24 & 27. My sister and mother are scorpio rising. My mother and sister share a tragic loss of good friends and my mother and I single parenting. So glad to hear this lecture! Thank you Amanda and Rick!

My family is all over my chart, except my Virgo mom ... and I have a 0-degree Libra ascendant. The computers think it's Virgo, but it was hand calculated twice, and both astrologers took a pause, made an adjustment, and declared my rising Libra. Yep. My dad’s sun is in Aquarius. My mom’s sun is in Leo. I’m a Sagittarius sun w/ ascendant in Aquarius and moon in Leo.

Soul families! I have two daughters who are nearly 17 years apart. I and my older daughter are both Gemini with Libra Moons. My oldest has an Aquarius Ascendant. My youngest is Aquarius with a Gemini Ascendant. Our birthdates are 6/17, 6/20, and 2/17. We are a soul family!

Me and my siblings have extremely similar charts. Very similar rising signs. All have Scorpio in 12th house and Sag in 1st to some degree. We all have fire moons and air Venus. All our Venus has harsh aspects. My brother who is 4 years younger has same exact moon, mars, and Venus sign as I do. It's very intriguing.

Seeing this late - so interesting! Everyone in my family is a Fixed sign: Two Scorpios, Two Aquarius and one Taurus. Rising signs are: Two Taurus, Two Aquarius, one Pisces. Moons: Two Aires, One Scorpio, One Aquarius, One Cancer. Everyone in my family is basically a very opinionated know-it-all who thinks they are right! It's pretty hilarious really - we can't seem to get along and are prone to arguments, get in standoff situations a lot, and also easily hurt each other! But we also passionately care about and love each other. I feel like this lifetime is all about releasing the ego and pride and learning to listen and have compassion for the other point of view.

I heard that Stephen Hawking was born on the day of Galileo's death and died on Einstein's birthday.

And another example is the England's royal family. Charles has a taurus moon, same as Elizabeth II sun. And his sister has more aries energy, that matches sun conjunt march from their father, price Philip.

I saw relatives through the generations that died on days that later generations were born. Also years ago PBS NOVA did a show on astrology and cited that they saw relationships between parents and children. I have a cardinal Grand Cross, my siblings and father are Aries, mother was a Libra.

I know this recording was a while ago.pam Gregory just had an interview WITH JULIA BALAZ.Facinating.she does galactic ancestary.how all of the connections your talking about here is related to your star system you were from and how your planets in your chart and the ones in your family are related generational to where your from in previous lives and parallel dementions.

I have Scorpio Rising, and Pisces Moon... I feel that I was not understood...so much emotion and creativity and darkness (not horrible darkness...but still I ADORE dark thoughts).

In my family the interesting trait is being born on special days. My Dad was born on Valentine's Day, I was born on Easter Sunday, Nephew born on Labor Day, one brother born on Thanksgiving Day, my youngest son was born on Victoria Day (a holiday in Canada). We are also a family that builds/farms/bakes --- makes things with our hands. There are a lot of similarities with my chart and both my sons. My Ascendent/Decendent line is my oldest son's Midheaven/IC, and my Midheaven/IC is the same as my youngest son's Ascendent/Descendent. One the charts look almost identical, and all of our North Node/South Nodes are in either same house or same signs.

I can give examples of that fact exposed in this video: My father was born with the cunjuction of his Sun with Pluto with 1º orb; I have my Pluto in oposition to the Moon, quincuns with the Sun and Mars, sextile with Jupiter and the North Node and trine with South Node. And my older son has his Pluto in partil conjunction with the Sun. I have 2 siblings from my father and both of them have important Pluto aspects; and I have two other children and the same, both of them have many aspects with Pluton.

Funny I have looked at similarities with my husband and children. I see exactly what Rick is talking about.

My mom, my self, my sister and my daughter all have Venus in Gemini, and Mars in Aries!

Very interesting about twins and triplets. I have five nieces a set of twins born and triplets that have the same birthdate of September 17 but born 3 years difference. This was two different brother’s wive’s that gave birth. All have different personalities. One twin and triplet are in the medical profession which is common with many Virgos. They are each born minutes apart.

My husband and I both have our moon’s as our mother’s sun signs. same for our daughter, she is her father’s sun and my sun is her moon. Her ascendent is also my sun.

This is so interesting…just want to add a bit to this conversation. The notion of open and closed family systems comes out of Family Therapy which was emerging earlier than Erin’s work. It’s cool to hear astrology engaging this language. I came out of mixed family system-parents emigrated from French Canada, wanted/needed to assimilate so my family was open in some ways but closed in many others, the epitome of mixed messages.thanks for digging in. What about adoptions?

Me, mom, maternal grandfather and mother all Leos. Same grandparents born on the exact same day. Daughter and I both 12h suns.

thats me, feeling like born in the wrong family as I seem to be sooooooo very different than everyone else

When I was little, I thought I don't get along with Leos/hate Leos. I am a scorpi and my son is a Leo sun, my daughter Leo moon on my degree of Jupiter in Leo and my youngest daughter is a Leo rising 😂-so I get to experience all of main Leo qualities. Also my oldest daughter and me are having reversed South and North nodes-10degree orb.

On my mother’s side of the family we have five generations of the moon being in Virgo through the mother.

I have Cap Moon and two of my younger siblings have Aqu Moon.

My mom, me and my son all have gemini suns, pisces moons. My son and I also share jupiter in aquarius, and all three of us were born under the chinese sign of the ox.

My Maternal Grandfather was a Leo sun, My mom's, a few of her 1st cousins & myself are Leo rising. I also have 2 kids w/Leo sun.

I have mars and sun in Aries and am a Redhead (April 6th also Rick! Woot!) I need to check out this red-headed theory... Was there a book about this?
