There are guys out there who's sideburns are longer than allowed in military orders, thank the lord we have these people to protect us!

Because some squaddies think they're pointless Some squaddies don't like that the RMP are there to "spoil their fun" And there may be a perception that the RMP think they're hot shit bc they can arrest people either or really afaict

There are military personnel out there with cap badges not correctly aligned over the left eye. Ivan sleep at night knowing the red caps are keeping us safe from such outlaws!

Could that female officer look any more terrified? Image is the first defence to war, walking 1 step behind might be alright in some occasions, like to the boss H.M. But looking from behind, hands clasped like a hand gripping an armrest on a plane in turbulence to almost looking like a dosser. Confidence my dear Dolly, confidence.

The hardest part of the job is to not get bored let’s face it they have less power than community support officers and a worse reputation- I feel sorry for them some of them are genuine great guys when not wearing their (camouflage and high vis mix- (completely pointless)) uniform

Their reputation is the worst but they have quite a lot of power. And those are standard issue Army MTPs everyone in the Army gets them regardless of role. It indicates your a member of the armed forces more than anything for the RMP while the vest allows them to be seen easier

No they are not civilian constables and cannot arrest me (because I’m a civilian) They can only exercise power over military personnel so they only patrol in the bases.
