Old school of urdu criticism came in to discussion, and declared irrelevant for modern times , where as modern theory of staying " close to text" has all the components of classical Old school of criticism, which finds aesthetics in language

What an irony .....only few ppl r here to attend an enlightened discussion......what if here was a singer like Ali Zafar ,Daleer Mehdi etc
