The original Arsenio show appeared to be much more energetic and live than his comeback show.

The original Arsenio Hall was about 30 years younger, too.... lol...

The Announcer is Burton Richardson.

Yes! In 2001, he came in as a guest announcer for The Price is Right while Rod Roddy was on sick leave because he had surgery due to colon cancer that year.

Burton is among the very best at what he does! He was the PERFECT announcer for The Arsenio Hall Show, for sure. He whipped the crowd up into a frenzy with his stellar skills, in anticipation of the panel going up for Arsenio to take the stage. It was just amazing to me; still is.

I remember Arsenio Hall We Be Having A Ball.

I LOVE ARSENIO! Is it me or his jokes sounds a lot like those of Eddie Murphy

That James Brown joke was brutally funny!

I am old!! I can't believe it's going to be 25 years since the original show debut. The new version is good, but the original was a game changer. Also Arsenio is in his 50's, you can't do the same stuff you did 20 and 25 years ago.

Classic show sucks it got taken off the air in the first place and 20 years when it returned it just didn't have the same feeling

YOU HAVE 2 THINK DUDE NO DISSRESPECT 2 YOU SIR BUT ARSENIO IS A LITTLE OLDER NOW. BUT I DO MISS THE OLD ARSENIO BUT DIFFERENT STATION DIFFERENT PRODUCERS.

I was expecting more energy on his new show. It's not as exciting as the old show. Not a fan of the female announcer. She sounds bland
