Generally the presenters walk normally and the camera operator walks backwards - this video really makes you think just how talented they are at walking backwards whilst doing a complex job! Really good content though guys, one of my fav channels!

Our video guy (Dan) did a phenomenal job. It's all in one take and he has no idea what we're going to do or say. I have no idea how it came out as well as it did especially with people getting in the way, etc

It really could've been much longer. I wasn't sure how people would take to it and it's all in one take so I had no idea how it went until I got home to edit it. Very happy with how it came out.

I purchased that hammer handle from Bare Steel equipment a few months ago. The knurl is very aggressive, and it's good for hammer curls, tricep extensions, and lateral raises.

I’m with you on the leg developer attachment. I have a body solid one and the only reason I have it is for the leg developer. The bench is okay but nowhere near as sturdy or rugged as my rogue flat bench.

Thanks for the previews. Looking to buy these this year - 9:20 - Marrs Higgy Bar 10:20 - Pritchett Pad 15:20 - Manta Ray - I've got a Rep AB-5000 from 2020 and I've been pretty disappointed with it (the pad fabric is subpar and the seat jiggles no matter how hard you thread the pin in) if this reviews well I would sell the rep and pick this up instead.

You've got an old REP bench. I was at the Arnold and tested the new REP benches... the CleanGrip pad is awesome and their new benches are extremely stable.

The newer Rep benches are better but the Manta Ray is one fancy bench. All the items are your list are pretty cool. Might look into that Marrs as well.

Haven't decided if we'll take that one for a spin. Smiths aren't really my thing but I also realize I'm not everyone and there seems to be a lot of excitement around that thing.

I think those are people just wearing their merch. Rep had a big giveaway if you wore their shirt (pretty smart of them) so you saw a lot of Rep shirts. We actually met and talked with almost all Rep's staff that was there and those two don't look familiar but it's hard to tell since they're on the edge of the screen.

Katrina at BoS said y'all were there on Saturday morning. Too many people and I'm too short so I missed you. Lol. I'm tempted to sell my tall residential power rack and customize a Hydra.

Not a ton. I've talked to Kaevon the owner about it a bit. It'll be cheaper for sure though the Rhino is very nice. I'm 99% sure we'll review it and we may go up to their HQ again in the summer to check out the prototype.

Any timeline on that Scorpius belt squat you mention Bells teasing?

I'm not entirely sure what they'll do with the weight stack. Maybe they'll integrate it into their racks and maybe they'll keep going with that ecosystem I showed in the video. Those are early renderings and ideas. The Rhino type thing I'm definitely interested in.

The Manta Ray uses UHMW plastic for the ladder mechanism. Is that durable over the long haul?

It'll probably outlast us but I'm always concerned with plastic's lifespan. Though UHMW is a great plastic with attributes that make it worth very well here.

I was on the fence about it until I saw it. I actually went to the showroom to get lot time with it. I think it will be hard to argue that it's going to do much more than the Black Wing but if you're looking for the best possible option I think this might be it. I had seriously debated getting it for review but had talked to myself out of it because of the price but after seeing it I think we'll definitely review it

@@GlucksGym thanks for the insight, I was actually looking more closely at the 5200 but I have a tiny space for my RM-4 setup , 8x8, so a bench that can do it all is tempting. The good thing is all the money I spend on the gear the less I spend on booze. Hopefully more Arnold plates will be online soon!

The new 5200 is an upgrade over the old with the new pad (like on the 3000 we reviewed). I epiphany upgrade from an existing 5200 but if you don't have one it's a well done bench.

@@GlucksGym I have the original Iron Masters bench, it's way too tall, it was fine for dumbbell work but when I got the rack last year I started to notice the limitations and tend to shift around when unracking, especially on incline which screws my whole set. I originally was looking at theThompson fat pad but prob not a smart buy for my space as I can really only have 1 in there at a time. I can't make my damn mind up basically, too many toys! Thanks again, big fan of your channel/reviews.
