If the Ark was emitting that much powerful radiation that it would kill an adult within 5 years, then you could easily detect it from a distance with a simple geiger counter which anyone could purchase for less than $90. You would not even need to even go inside the building the Ark was placed. Furthermore, the remains of the dead monks/guardians would also be radioactive and detectable, not to mention being a hazmat as dangerous as nuclear waste. The last time I checked, there were no rash of Ethiopians dropping dead like flies from radiation poisoning.

IF (big IF) it is there. AND the guardians are dying this quickly (I would need more verification of this). AND they are dying of the same symptoms. THEN it is emitting something... The question would then be, WHAT is it emitting, as we know it isnt standard Geiger detectable radiation because people have brought Geiger counters around there...

@@ralphgreenwood2469 Google where the Arameans came from. Around Moses' time, there were no Hebrews, only an interesting part of the Aramean people. You'll see these people were at home in Northern Syria and Eastern Turkey. Abraham's cities of Haran and Ur (Harran and Urfa today) were in Southeastern Turkey. The fact that Moses and his people followed a pillar of smoke and Moses met God on a fire mountain tells you this was a volcanic landscape-Eastern Turkey is, Egypt isn't. This entire region-Harran, Ur, volcano-was in Midian territory, hence the Midian bride, Midian father-in-law, etc.. Google Mitanni Empire: this was their homeland. All of the conflicts from Cain onwards make sense only if these events occurred here, where there volcanoes, where there is a Mt Süphan (Baal-zaphon in the Bible), and where the earliest Hebrews lived next door to a powerful, immoral people. You'll also be interested to learn that this was the first region that developed farming (see: Cain), wine (Noah after the ark landed), and metallurgy (Tubal-Cain/ Prometheus). Just so it's said the Mitanni Empire were the direct descendants of the Hurrians-aka "Horites" in the Bible.

I am extremely impressed with his accurate explanations concerning the Ark mentioned in the Bible. Hardly anyone I've ever heard has actually studied the scriptures to the depth Graham has apparently delved in to them. He seems to treat the Holy scriptures as a verifiable, credibility source of inform that can be used to trace certains items in history. Graham is clearly an investigator and journalist that we can trust. He lets the information form his paradigms and conclusions. That's a man of integrity there. Very rare nowadays.

@@drstevej2527 I 100% disagree with you, he has presented much compelling evidence to back up his claims. Also, he has proven to have scholarly integrity, emphasizing whether or not he is adamantly sure or if he isn't sure but that the evidence seems to suggest a certain thing. Let us be clear and focus on the fact that he never presents himself as a professional expert or a man with a degree. He has said many times he is merely a journalist who is investigating these things on his own and is simply presenting his arguments. Everyone has the right to do so. And of course everyone has the right to not believe him. Having said that, I totally disagree with your analysis of him. I would even argue that you don't seem to have listened to the compelling pieces of evidence he has presented as a whole. If you're going to argue that because "experts don't believe him and try to discredit him" is a good argument against him, then I would say that is an extremely lazy thing to say intellectually. He has already made disclaimers about his lack of credentials along with his apparent motives in his research, that is no secret. Therefore, it's not a moral thing to say he has no degrees or isn't accepted by the archeological community. In my perspective the professional community has been wrong PLENTY of times, even when they were adamant we should trust the experts. I say it's high-time we use our own common sense and look at the evidence ourselves. That's what Graham is doing, and no one essentially has a right to stop him so long as he is not breaking any laws. Which he hasn't.

Usually ultraviolet light causes cataracts. Not simply radiation. And radiation would probably kill you before you got cataracts. Now one of the things that causes ultraviolet light discharges and what a priest might call fire is extremely high voltages like you see from the top of a Tesla coil at points. So makes me think that the device works on extremely high voltages which are in the air creating ultraviolet light and probably ionize the air and might even decompose it. But with power such a device is unknown. Of course it could be regular radioactivity but the descriptions I've heard of the ark and how it's made of a certain wood with metal plating on each side make me think it would be more of a low energy accumulator kind of a device inside and the ark itself would act as a capacitor building up a very high voltage which is then released into sharp wires into the air which ionize it and create the ultraviolet light. And perhaps if those wires are shaped as a flat structure of wires then they might resemble Angels wings. Tesla supposedly built a collector of atmospheric electricity which he installed in one of his electric cars and proceeded to drive the electric car all around. It was not a battery and it was not radioactive but it actually harvested electrical energy from the air and the atmosphere. We know that can be done if you can simply rectify the extremely high frequency random electromagnetic signals signals in the atmosphere in the air then you can produce a direct current which could be stored in a capacitor and then re-released in sharp pointed electrodes in the air which would create a violet light and ultraviolet light and would ionize that air. Ultraviolet light would also result in purification of any area that it was carried into. In fact ultraviolet light is used to purify water and purify medical instruments and can even purify a whole room. Such a light definitely would cause cataracts if you looked at it and could lead to blindness if your retinas were exposed to it too long.

@@garciafamily5850 all the interesting thing is that the stone box inside the king's chamber in the Great pyramid has internal dimensions that are exactly the same dimensions as the dimensions of the ark of the covenant; and there is a researcher who found an old story that he was reading which talked about the ark actually being stolen by the people we would know of as the Jews as they left Egypt and that was why Ramses chase them and it was also why the Egyptian empire pretty much collapsed at that point because apparently something that was essential to the pyramid power system was stolen and so that no longer worked. I also remember reading or seeing something in some ancient documents somewhere where the ancients were quoted as saying that the pyramids functioned in a way that kept the sand away and the only thing I can think of along those lines is that they would produce an electrostatic charge because if you've ever played with sand in a static charge you know that it can push the sand around.

If you could comprehensively prove the existence of Atlantis, or the ark or whatever you’d be the next Charles Darwin. Science is evidence based, peer tested and scrutinised before being accepted. When he saw that his father had parted ways of the Lord and started worshipping the idols he substituted the original ark out of the holy of holies. He took it back to Ethiopia which was called Sheba. Im by no means against his writing but he is f##king with peoples heads. Archeologist have to follow evidence based models and cant jump to conclusions without evidence. Graham tends to try to connect dots that dont exist. It isnt dishonest more than fiction. Which he has stated in the past he looks for the "story".

And maybe they removed it from the temple because they thought the ark could be polluted by what was around it. But I actually believe that with the immense power of the ark, it would destroy anything near it that was not aligned with God. So it would’ve been the other way around. The true answer is that it depends on who we are talking about. For one it is lost and for another it is not. There is always at least ONE “someone” that knows all, and that is Logic (Logos aka Reason), The Source of Knowledge and The One True God. Anyone that knows x=x can tell you that nothing is nothing and nonexistence doesn’t exist, so it is certain that “the ark” is “the ark” in substance, and that the real question is what form “the ark is the ark” in.

If you want the truth it's out there and how can anyone not want to know if all this is real if God is real you just gotta want to know it no matter where it leads and where this leads is awesome cuz it proves God is real. Reach out to him and just say from your heart,... God I want to know you the real God the one from the Bible who sent his son Jesus so that we may have salvation. It would be incredibly unfortunate if Zahi Hawas secretly dug down to that chamber and acquired its contents, holding all its secrets, all the knowledge and history of Atlantis in his possession and stashed it all away somewhere for as long as he wants. That probably would give him a feeling of power and superiority because he would be holding captive one of the greatest treasures of such importance to the world. He could demand any price if he could prove he really had it in his possession. If he does have it, he’ll probably do what he’s already done before with stolen artifacts, sell it on the Black Market, or use the knowledge to serve himself and his cohorts. If there is a chamber there and if it does contain the history and knowledge of Atlantis, may it be first acquired by good people and made available to the world. So much of who we are today comes from those times of Atlantis both good and bad. It has been said that much of the Atlantean mind set is alive and thriving among us today…and not in a good way which is what brought its downfall, their hubris, their pride, their arrogance and superiority over the rest of the world. Hopefully, we’ve learned our lessons since the fall [of Atlantis] and don’t need another reset to throw us back and lose 10,000 years of growth and development. Many cultures have their great flood stories because they remember the great final flood that destroyed Atlantis. That flood marked the beginning of what became to be known as the flood of Noah as well as many other so-called omens, traditions, holidays and who knows what else…..

To me, he provides the most plausible explanation of what happened to the Ark and where it resides to this day. To further add, in accordance with biblical scripture, it is written that the purpose of the temple was to be a house of rest for the Ark. Hancock goes on to posit, the only justification for a temple on Elephantine island was to house the Ark, removed from the Solomonic temple. All this being said, what is the justification for another temple without the Ark of God? What scripture can anyone a test too that endorses this? I find it odd.
