I'm glad to be back. I love the dry heat, way easier to deal with compared high humidity heat, which even at 80 degrees is difficult for me, I can easily deal with 110+ dry heat no problem. I will say some parts of the state people aren't as friendly/polite as they are in other parts.

I wish .millions would leave. I'm an Arizona native, born in 1963. Our state has become so dam crowded! I remember back in the 70's and 80's, there was much less people. You cant go anywhere now, without running into traffic and crowds of people. I can't even get drawn for deer and elk hunting anymore. I haven't been drawn in over 10 years. Back in the day, i would get drawn every year. The traffic between Phoenix and Tucson is crazy. It is hotter here now too, I am dreading this summer. The monsoons aren't as good anymore. Arizona has been ruined by overpopulation. I guess that is true most places.

@@HelloAZRealEstate I am a 60 year old Arizona native. I grew up in Eastern Arizona, we spent our summers camping in the White Mountains, and hunted there in the fall. Last time I went hunting, I was driving down a dirt forest road, in the middle of nowhere, and next thing I know, theres a guy behind me, and he's tailgating me! I was furious! It was most likely a big city transplant from back east, cause an Arizona native would never do that.

Very often I wonder why my parents brought me here. To late to leave I'm 71. I've been here for 65 years total never left AZ borders until 1994. All I'll sat is itsvto late for me to leave. Real estate & cost of living is much cheaper in AZ compared to CA. However, if you live in areas like Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, etc. I can assure you that you will experience May-Aug temperatures in the 115-120° range. Summer 2023 was the worst on record in years here. I am only here in Queen Creek, AZ area bcuz my children moved here 4-5 yrs ago. I missed them horribly. Therefore, I left beautiful Nor-Cal (925 Area) and relocated to AZ. I love seeing my 2 daughters weekly. However, it comes at a very high price 😢😢

Nobody’s leaving Arizona just your normal about that. Leave every city at some point in fact they’re building like it’s going out of style around here. They should stop it because it’ll run out of water with all these damn houses are building but anyway, yes it does get hot in the summertime, but the winter time is great. I’d rather deal with heat than snow, but there isn’t any mass exodus around here that’s for sure.

The population is expected to rise to 7.6 million in the coming year. Most of those people will be coming to the Valley from elsewhere. Jan 1, 2024". Thank you for watching and also for your comment. 1: If you look at the census report that is out yearly it shows the amount of people coming into Arizona and leaving Arizona. For sure there are more coming in than leaving but there is still a lot of people leaving. Yes there are lots of new construction homes going up all over the valley - I film it a lot. The jobs are growing by leaps n bounds especially in the technology sector. The west valley use to be farm land and now has turned into a brick and mortor landscape because of so many manufacturers moving to our great state. 2: As far as the weather, I love it but some don't because it gets too hot in the summer. It is the opposite effect for when the snowbirds from the midwest and east coast move here bc they are tired of the cold snowy weather. The same for here w/ the hot summer temps. You're right the weather here is Aboslutley great most of time. One of the nice things is one can escape to the north to Sedona, Prescott, Flagstaff or even The Rim to cool off from the summer if need be. 3: As far as crime there are some areas that have gone up and it is also the reason why some have decided to move. I mentioned two different sites to check out if one was interested. I also mentioned that what one feels is safe and low crime another might feel the opposite. It is very relative to each person. 4: I also never said LA was a better place to live. I live in the Phoenix area because I love it and think it is the best for me and my family. I have lived here for over 50 years... I guess I really like it 😀🌞🌷 Thank you again for watching and have a marvelous day. 🙋‍♀️

Not true! Nobody is leaving, people are actually moving here everyday. Get your facts straight lady.

You are right as far as people moving to Arizona. In fact there are more moving to our sunny beautiful state of Arizona. I don't blame them, I love it here too. However there are still a lot of people moving out as I noted in the video. Thanks for watching and thanks for your comment. Have a GREAT day.
