There are always compromises when buying a home, but having the only windows for the bedroom in the front walkway is a deal killer for me.

@@HelloAZRealEstate When you walked up the front entrance the two windows to the right are the only windows to those bedrooms, so someone can simply look into the bedroom, the master bedroom also appears to face the front of the house, so it is open to see from the front of the house. Some may not care, but once you have that type of house you mayn't want to repeat it.
3:12 I love that pantry. I also love the wall space in the family room, I do not care for the huge room and no wall space. 6:27 Having the master bedroom off the family room is always frowned on, having a proper door is crucial, they should reset it back 3 feet to create a small hallway, that way you could have some nice cutouts so you could put statues and stuff.

I like Pulte homes. Thinking of relocating.. these homes are the same price as they are in my area here which is north east Florida so I’m not surprised by the pricing
Pulte makes a beautiful home! Different prices for same model even within the Greater Phoenix area. Sometimes builders will even change the model name at each location. Don’t email or contact these people in any way. They will try and say you have a contract with them. If they can’t put the price up front and tell you it’s over priced they are not going to protect you.
No really sure what you are talking about but that's ok. This video is all about the various Master Planned Communities around the Greater Phoenix area which has a variety of information in it. Have a good day.
Not a fan of those homes, the price is way too high for what they are selling.
Many times the builder has the same model in a different location at a different price. Sometimes there a few tweaks to the layout of the floor plan but basically the same. If you like a home let me know, we might be able to find it at a lower price in another area for you. Sometimes they even change the model name in different locations. Thats so overpriced.
This particular area is a tad more expensive. Mainly because the homes are larger - over 3000 sf and the lots are on the larger size too 10k+sf. My friend lives in Az. and he has found that some of the builders shrink the garages, even though the house is good size he could not fit some of his trucks in the garage, are you allowed to measure the depth of them?
They definitely shrink garages. I guess that could be why they give the option of tandem garage or flex room. I’m from the Midwest and garages are typically 26 x 20 something and here they are around 20 x 20.

That is true that some larger over-sized trucks and SUV's will not fit into some garages. Yes I can measure the depth of the garages for you. 👍🚙
@@HelloAZRealEstate Thanks, as I know lots of builders don't want people in the garages, I do love the deeper double garages, one should not keep a car outside in Az. during the summer, so a oversize garage is a must for me.

Approximately how much should we expect to add to the base price of the Darlington model to get the exact same type pool that is shown in the video? Or, did the price of $457,990 represent the price of the Darlington exactly as shown in your video, same number of bedrooms, bathrooms, including the pool?

Orion is the model that would suit our needs minus the Casita. Looking forward seeing this model in the fall.
Orion is beyond a beautiful home. Is Estrella Mountain Ranch the area you want to live? They make this model in North Phoenix however it is more expensive bc they are on lots that are over 16k sf. One thing I hate is having a sink to wash your dishes on the countertop, that’s something I absolutely hate. I like the sink to be in front of a window so I could look out while I’m washing dishes.

2 story homes are nice and a lot of people like them for many reasons. One of the drawbacks for it is they are more expensive to cool off in the summer time.
