@@magnificentbastard666 He sounded absolutely incredible at the show in NC. Di sims have come a looooong way in the past 3/4 years with brands like fractal and kemper at the forefront. Headrush ain't half bad either.

@@magnificentbastard666 It was veryyyy loud and in your face! The drum sound was incredible and of course guthrie and beller. It was crisp and clear. I can actually notice alot of things i missed in the recording rather than being there, probably because i was picking my jaw off the floor the whole time.

I agree, NYS has so much to offer, but sorry to say that Buffalo is pretty low on the list of cities/towns that people enjoy spending time in. Hahaha, I'm just teasing you, though I am partial to SPAC for events. If they would just upgrade the sound system it would be perfect!

@@widexawake_ Arguably the drummer is right up there with guthrie govan. I have almost zero knowledge of their bass player but my guess is he wouldn't be in the group if he wasn't up for the task. Even in this clip they all sound GREAT.

@@WillColaneri I disagree and you sound like a hater ! One of the few guys that's Guthrie's equal is Matteo Mancuso.. As Far as Petrucci is concerned Guthrie is a much better guitar player and John's stuff with "Dream Theater" is impressive technically but is no where near as musical as an Allan Holdsworth, Guthrie Govan or a Metteo Mancuso to name a few.. Petrucci and "Dream Theater" always sounded "Mechanical" to me .. and their prog rock has been done better by Groups like "Kansas", "Yes", "UK", "Chick Corea/Return to Forever" and "The Mahavishnu Orchestra" ... and more interesting by "Rush" !
