Series 4 candidates were an extremely nasty group of people apart from Raef and Lucinda who seemed like decent people. I know theres always a competitive element but this one was wildly cutthroat. There was also so much stupidity; £5,000 for laundry, selling fish by what customer wanted to pay, not understanding costs. No actual business person would make those rudimentary mistakes.

Not judging by first impressions is good advice except in certain situations. I work in fraud prevention and I’ve had to make snap decisions upon speaking to people once where it helps to profile. For business though I can see why it’s wise advice.
