I would like to thank all those who have commented. Since the show I did what I said I would and created a new industry within my sector of which has been my biggest challenge yet, however I did it against all odds and with pretty much no backing. What ever you want in life, do it. For those who try to put you down or belittle you, in my experience this means you are going in the right direction - also, look at most of those who criticise you and your ideas as my bet is they are not doing anything of value themselves and they are probably jealous. Free advice can be very expensive.

Zoo Coo probably you got no experience to comment on such experience\situation. So don’t talk too much shit lol he wasn’t the weakest and he shown integrity.

What made this even more sweet and dignified is that he got to do this whilst also being on the winning team. Imagine if he had done it whilst being on the losing team? Just look at the way he doesn't even acknowledge the other winners of his team as he leaves the boardroom and collects his suitcase. He knows himself they are leeches and backstabbers who would have turned on him had the team lost. At least 75% of this show is based on the personalities of the candidates. I've seen Alan look past the most dreadful candidates to keep them just because they make "for good TV viewing."

The reality production took over the business element on the Apprentice a long time ago. The first few series were great for me as an aspiring professional at the time because it showed the planning, product development etc in a lot of detail, as well as the tensions and conflict management in a team. Now it’s almost pure reality and semi scripted drama focused on arguments and bickering or bigging up the clowns for comedy value.

Good for him, tbh! AS showed a bit of his true colours. A bad and bitter loser. One man said about walking past him by chance at London Bridge, and AS wrinkled his nose and looked down at him for no good reason. He hadn't been staring, and had only noticed him because of his height. Can't expect better of a typical East End wideboy. Reminds me of the hounds who used to sell the dodgy second hand items in Portebello Market back in the 60's and 70's.

Soon as he was told, he was lucky, to still be there, his reason "for" being there suddenly became false, and quite frankly I commend him for leaving, i would have done the same thing after hearing that!

I think from the get go, when Karen was saying what she said, then Alan had a bit of input too, it was probably where Scott decided that he was going to exit and with sheer dignity he announced it, then Alan come back with "You have just made my job easier" rather than just leaving it at thank you. To me that just showed the utmost disrespect towards Scott.

People like Scott get thrown under the bus by the same people that call you "mate" and "darling" when things go right. Fair play to him and I hope he continues his successes.

Scott was polite, to the point, professional and honest. Knowing when to cut your losses is paramount to survival in a cut throat world. Sugar learnt that the hard way with the football club. Those jabs at Scott were frankly quite pathetic. People look up to this man and that his his attitude? Where ever you are Scott i hope you are happy, healthy and successful in all your quests.

I remember thinking all the way through this series how badly Scott was treated, it was clear from the start that he was a strong contender and I even had him down as the winner but he was treated so poorly and was basically bullied out of the competition. Shame on Karen and the others for belittling, humiliating and bullying him. What we must remember is that this is edited to fuck, so who knows what goes on behind the scenes but my guess is that they didn't like him because he told it how it was, maybe they didn't like the fact that he stood up to them when no one else would and didn't put up with their snide comments. Good for him, I absolutely would have done the same and I would have exited the same and wouldn't have even made eye contact with the other contestants. It really did make me see Alan Sugar and the gang in a different light.

A teacher at my school said they had a friend who was friends with someone who quit the apprentice because it was taking too much of a toll on their mental health. This person may have been Scott. I congratulate and highly respect Scott for not conforming and staying in it for the chance of money, he made the right decision, and didnt just pander to those 3 actually not very nice human beings. The Apprentice I would actually say is shit, and it's same shit different year. Utmost respect for Scott

Walked out just like a real man rather than taking shit from people. He has no regrets.

I like Karen out of the apprentice but In the boardroom she likes to live up to some sort of 'savage' image of herself. You only see Claude pointing facts out about what really went on in the task but Karen loves to add extra personal and pathetic sassy comments at the candidates while squinting.

I still come back to this iconic clip every now and then to remind myself that I should never take crap from anyone regardless of who they are, and never to be succumbed by always standing up for myself in a meaningful manner. So much respect for this decision.

Proper geezer! You can only admire, this man that is true to himself, integrity in it's truest form.

Amazing isn't it? Brady had her multimillionaire father hand everything to her on a plate while Littner has had the same spoiled brat upbringing. Wealthy parents, private education, a fortune handed down to them...yet here they are slating ordinary people from not so privileged backgrounds, just trying to make something of themselves. The App used to be very good but the last 4 series have been utter garbage. Bring back Nick and Marge

Strongly agree. I stopped watching it actually. Gave up on last year after about 5 episodes. Karen is a stuck up bitch and I just hate Claude. It's just them, it's the candidates as well. They get more and more obnoxious and arrogant each year. All they do is blow their own trumpet and it's just not endearing at all.

Its not about bringing back Nick and Margaret. It is the prize as well. The personality doesn't matter anymore as he wants a business partner not an employee. These days the only people they want to invite are CBB and Towie wannabes

He did the right thing, he was the most humble and caring and hard working candidate in this series. Unfortunately everyone was taking advantage of him and taking over. Now then Karen on the other hand is a total jealous cow who just didn't want scott to do well because she knew how honest he was. He did the right thing over all if they going to bully him like this take the piss out of his honesty and say he's lucky he's still in it, then i would have done the same thing. Well done scott and btw he now has hos own comparison company and he's doing very well, so well he's as good as a millionaire now you can see his interviews on google and KZread.

He didn't know where to look or what to say when Scott said he wanted to leave. That was priceless!

I worked in a Japanese Restaurant in London (Ginza Onodera) and worked as a potwash to get some extra cash while studying. The way I was spoken to in that kitchen almost had me in tears when I used to get home at night. I had a man screaming at my face almost every shift, making my already shit job even more unbearable. No one should ever have to put up with that in life. Kudos to Scott.

This is what you call someone who has dignity and self respect. No matter how big the person is in front of you doesn't give them the right to put you down for no reason. Mad respect to Scott like a true boss he indirectly told Sir Alan deuces and the backstabbing candidates who would have tried to pick on him had he stayed on.

Out of depth in an estate agent task. He wasn't pitching an estate agent business so who cares if he was out of his depth. Good call, respect to him.

Loved this, took the control away from Lord Sugar and thought I don't need to put down, was a good candidate but had a bad day at the office!

Shift in the power dynamic. Robbing the one with the authority to fire him by walking out under his own volition. You can see how it affects Alan Sugar by his defensive response.

love how he flipped the tables and allowed himself to leave with a bit of dignity and power ❤️

Look at this. This is called backbone. "You can't fucking buy me."

Yes, he didn’t do the best job in this task but why pick a bone with him & belittle him about it? Also, why did it take 10 bloody years to notice someone on a winning team performing badly. Can’t stand Karen, she likes to think she’s the big I-am & she’s a real snidey cow. There have been lots of candidates in winning teams, in previous series, who did even worse jobs or even worse, were bone idle. At least Scott put in 100%, went for it & gave it his all. Fair play to Scott, that’s no way to speak to someone. Alan didn’t even wish him good luck. I get a sense that he was bitter about Scott leaving because he said “you’re doing my job me & you’ve made life easier for me.”

I recall one "winning" team only won a task just by a pound l think. Sugar was so disgusted that he denied them the treat. None of Sugars aids made a comment on any of the individuals compared to what Karen said about Scott.

More power to Scott for standing up for himself. Nobody deserves to be demeaned and humiliated the way some of these contenders are on the show, especially when they're as hardworking or sincere like Scott. I admire his strength and wish him all the best for his future.

Lot of respect for this. When you reach that point and just think you know what I'm getting nothing out of this is the perfect time to exit. Be it a job, a relationship, a project. It's the best feeling in the world and fair play to that man.

The way he just walks out and grabs his bag is hilarious for some reason
