@@moonwaterz2258 yup, Ninebot customer service is non-existent and warranty is utterly useless! Thankfully, my city has a dedicated scooter repair shop to keep my current scooter in top condition while I wait to upgrade!

Please add a power peak limiter. For instance, the user add a limit of 400watts maximum, etc; for battery longevity and greater range. It is a more efficient and nuanced “economy” mode.

Definitely like the approach you took with the high visibility lighting. Also great to see UL certification on the battery and electrical system 👍 . What’s the story behind the sloped stance? Looks like the rear is lower than the front.

Excited for this to ship. Was gonna get the city pro but that’s overkill for my needs. Fingers crossed there won’t be major issues, but no one else is doing ip66, and I need to get to work even if it’s raining

Awesome scooter the handlebars are finally right for commuter scooter. Like to ask you on the app is saying 37 mph can you get to that speed?

Looks great. Nice to have a dedicated regen brake lever but seems redundant since the throttle lever could have been used in the other direction to brake, more intuitive. Nobody accelerates and brakes at the same time and this keeps the handle bar cleaner. I settled for the NIU KQi300X but wish I could afford the Go since is faster, has better suspension, has a higher deck clearance 5” vs 3”and I bet the customer support on the Apollo is much better. One missing feature in the Go is limits on top charging level for battery longevity. Also the 9” tire size is disappointing in what otherwise is a well rounded and balanced scooter.

The travel from accelerating, to neutral, to reversing is way longer than simply press it down to break. Breaking is all about timing. If I need to release the throttle, wait, then press it down to brake, it will be too late

@@unloveableandre that isn't how that works. Rather, releasing the throttle is what brakes. Modern electric vehicles can operate like that, thy call it "one-pedal driving".

@@sageco_z Regen brakes is old and that's not what Apollo is doing, they are putting active brake using the motors. Again, the time to release, brake, then activate the other direction will always be longer than simply putting a dedicated switch for braking.

"Maximum Performance" if range isn't included as a performance statistic. This should have have a 720Wh battery to support its dual motors and speed / acceleration performance. 540Wh in a 48-49lb ESG tested weight scooter is simply missing the mark. There's a sweet spot when considering the ratio of weight to watt hours when applied to a scooter and the Go missed its chance to be fantastic for another 2lbs and $50 worth of cells. If Apollo made a "Max" version if this scooter, enthusiast like myself would buy them two at a time.

You got a great scooter - the City has a battery twice the size of the Go, better acceleration, larger tires, and more suspension travel. If you're looking for a daily commuter, the City is the way to go!

Too bad, so sad! But...I also regret buying a Segway Ninebot F2 Pro before I even knew about the Apollo Air, the latter which is superior in every way, shape and form except for the electronic horn. At least be thankful you got yourself a top notch scooter unless you really need to stuff a scooter in a crammed bus or subway train and carry one up flights of stairs which is what the Go is for.

People, there's a new scooter every year like Madden 🤷🏾‍♂️ There's ALWAYS going to be a better scooter within a year. If you're new to scooters then after you become comfortable with whatever you get? You'll be ready for the next tier. How high in speed you wanna go will vary but you'll always see another scooter that catches your eye. I got an Emove cruiser S last summer for the mileage but people say they breakdown a lot and well... I got less than 2 months before needing to send it back for repairs. I love the freedom, but I'm looking at what Apollo is doing and I'm thinking about cheating 😂
