I bought the 2024 Apollo city, waiting for delivery and also I got a student discount of additional 5%

Been extremely happy with my 23 City Pro and I'm glad I waited for it to be launched as they took care of all of my concerns with the 22 and added a larger battery which was a bonus

20ah is still pretty average for 2024

I really appreciate your "I'll keep it simple, if you can afford Apollo City Pro, get it" @16:08. I think a lot of the reviewers just tell you everything is great so we're still not sure what's a good choice. But your "Alternatives" section is what makes your review the best, @17:44.

Great review - I would stress that all these scooters are built differently (use different materials). Apollo scooters use high grade aluminum, and batteries, whereas other companies use different materials because they are aiming for speed satisfaction. I like Apollo’s approach for quality, support and price, versus speed/(poorly designed parts), support and price. We all have choices so whatever fits your style.

Looks like the dot matrix style screen with phone lock to use mobile as a display will eventually make its way to later city versions! I was wondering if you are planning to review any of the pure electric scooters?! Namely the advance?!

Hi, are you going to review the new Apollo go at some point?

I'm not happy with the bumpy ride on my Apollo Go 2024. I'm 195 pounds. Do you think the City would be significantly smoother on rougher roads?

OK, where you got a full black NY Yankees cap? Mine is exactly the same but annoyingly the bottom of the visor is grey

Is the EU/UK version worse? Websites i see stocking the 2023 model seem to offer lower range and speed.

I have an Apollo City Pro 2022, and the plastic mudguards have cracked, with the rear one having come off entirely, as it has snapped at the parts where the screws poke through. It appears the City 2023 scooters have the same mudguards, which would definitely make me hesitant.

Same thing happened with me, have you seen how unnecessary hard it is to replace the rear one??

My Apollo city pro 2024 version makes noises from under body even after I tighten the screws. Shocks are lubricated with silicon base spray. The noises are still there. Any idea? It’s only a month old

Can someone tell me which model is that Helmet?

Do you feel it's worth it to pay the extra $400 and get the City 2024 over the Apollo Go?? I live where there are a lot of hills, steeper than 10°-15°. I'm not 100% sure I can handle lifting the 62? lbs to be able to load it in my SUV. Probably could be wouldn't be easy.

I think they call it Apollo City Dual, they drop the Pro name so there ia no confusion with the Apollo Pro 2023

I just don't like that rear fork the Apollo GO is much better design it's front fork.

4:30 They did some things right but that exposed welding is ugly and does not inspire confidence.

They used to buff the weld, but some of the buffing got way too thin and it ended up cracking. They no longer buff the weld in response to ensure that the cracking no longer occurs. Better safe than pretty.
