No doubt you miss your mom, as I miss my son who passed over, or died in 2011. The love we share with them never ends, and goes on and on throughout eternity. There is an ancient, secret word for God or spirit, that I chant or sing, that connects me with him and that word is HU. Many YT channels have the HU. Go to Hu - god or to Eckankar. The HU heals, protects, guides and gives love ❤️

Thank you Tammy Bee for your comment. My mom passed at 97 years, one year ago. When she needed a caregiver, I found a lovely woman named Paula. Initally my mom kept thinking her name was Sonia. I never got nderstood why since we didn't know anyone named Sonia. Paula was such a special caregiver and helped my mom for three years. Now I understand why she called her Sonia.❤️

This became my mantra song along with Beloved Child and light of the Universe. I thought for sure I was bringing a female child earthside. So much Devine feminine energy I was feeling. Felt the presence of my grandmother who passed several years before at 98. I smelt Roses my whole pregnancy. I birthed a beautiful boy Dec 20th in the comfort of my home. I played this song on repeat along with beloved child. Although he was a surprise in gender I looked into his eyes and I knew his spirit. So much vibrationI energy in him. I was moved. First time I played beloved child after his birth he weeped. I understood his emotions. Such an overwhelming feeling of release. I too cried. But every time I play Suni-ai he smiles with ease. If he's upset or restless in any sorts I sing this to him or play and he instantly calms and smiles. If hes restless and I play he will smile and fall asleep. This song is so much him. Listen with my infant several times a day

One of the most enlightening, calming, and comforting music creations I have ever experienced....and right at the delicious peak, when my heart lifts and opens, and tears start rolling as I begin to transcend.....a damn commercial ad plays, around the 10:00min mark. I come to this music humbly to remember that I am whole and to have a brief respite escape from the toxic day-to-day materialistic, commercialized world of human wants, greed, and demands......then an ad loudly yanks me out of my bliss telling me how I need their product. 😒

I rescued a kitten hit by a car...she needed to stay in a small cage or 5 weeks...she listened to this many times throughout everyday....she went for her 5 week check up yesterday for her broken pelvis and dislocated hip..the vet said he couldn't tell she had ever been hit by a car....I consider this song part of her healing protocol and a significant contribution to her recovery

Next to my dad with terminal cancer. The mantra is bringing peace to him

It breaks me when she cries "I am listening!" after singing "The angels are listening. God is listening." It's like she's saying "the angel hear the beauty of creation, God hears all he has created, but what about me? Where are my answers? Where is my guidance? I'm so broken and ready to hear your voice." So often it feels like we are alone.

Bella Aling This is taken from the Jap Ji Sahib - the first prayer enshrined in Guru Granth Sahib ( the Sikh holy book). It was recited by Guru Nanak , the first SIKH Guru in the 15th century. All verses in Guru Granth Sahib are written in poetry form and sung in Kirtan as being done here. Kundalini yoga followers follow this Holy book like other Sikhs but also practice Kundalini yoga which was brought in to US by Yogi Harbhajan Singh from Punjab, India. Enjoy the beautiful verses!

(Six months later) I got a tentative diagnosis of a blood cancer, PV, today. I may be going home sooner than later. Very conflicted.

It's beautiful, but don't mistake the moments of Naad Yoga with an absence of ego (ego is not to be mistaken for ego centric) in all of waking life.
