Es que KZread ofrece un servicio y si los usas lo debes aceptar. No pueden incluir anuncios a quienes venden coches y no cuando el tema trata sobre lo espiritual. A mí también me molesta pero de manera general en cualquier video, pero ya digo, es un servicio que ofrecen y si lo usas hay que atenerse a eso.

cuando voy a hacer mi pieza, es un ritual para mi prender un incienso y colocar este mantra, y cantarlo a todo pulmón. Luego de terminar el aseo, mi espacio se siente tan liviano, hasta como si el lugar estuviese más iluminado. He estado haciendo esto seguido, y me baja la ansiedad, estoy agradecida al universo, al cielo, a nuestro creador, a los ancestros, a nuestros hermanos estelares, gracias gracias gracias por la protección.

Listened to this before sleep when I was 10 years old. Here I am at 16 still listening. The good old times. This is a very relaxing mantra. Highly recommend. Great to listen to while doing anything. I play it for sleep, homework, and when I am feeling stressed or down or if I'm in a good mood. Thanks for reciting this mantra Snatam Kaur. :)

Anna😀Creo que te entiendo. Tres o cuatro Imparables atras fue Mi primer TUNEL y a la mitad me eche a llorar como un niño...La 'coraza' que habia forjado a mi alrededor desde niño NO AGUANTO MAS. Era del que daba y daba pero jamas me abria a recibir... Luego descubri que la 'coraza' no sirve de nada...ya que no hay nada ahi afuera de lo que haya que protegerse...'Todo es un Montaje de la Mente'....Si algo que no me gusta se mete en mi pastel es que lo invite con mi pensamiento descuidado... Busco que hay a 180 grados y con mi Atencion poquito a poco lo voy añadiendo a mi pastel.... Its a Form(Moorat) which does not exist in Time. Ajooni- That Ik Onkaar does not condense and come into any birth. All the phenomenon of birth and death of forms are within it. Saibhang- That Ik Onkaar exists on its own, by its own. It is not caused by anything before it or beyond it. Gurprasaad- That Ik Onkaar is expresses itself through a channel known as Guru and it is only its own Grace and Mercy (Prasaad) that this happens.
