The Prince of Nothing series has this thing called the Cants of Compulsion which are a from of mind control magic. But the thing with the Cants, is that you fully believe and WANT to do the things you do while mindcontrolled. It makes the actions seem like something youd want to do anway. Domination magic might have a similar feature

Listening to others and learning from them is valuable. Part of the running themes of all these friends of Azeroth that I mostly appreciate is they listen and talk to each other. Except Baine, for some reason. We had to become his sounding board as he worked through his pain, trauma, and anger. I hope one day the rest of the Scooby gang take him seriously.

I use anger to motivate myself and focus on the task at hand.

Anduin is the key to all of it and his character development is fantastic so far. Hyped with the new expansions as we are finally going into a climax of the story so far. However, after Legion, the Windrunner sisters got my full attention. Sylvanas served death, Aleria, the Void and Vereesa perhaps arcane? Anyway, I would love to see you having s deep analysis and thoughts about Azshara and the Windrunner sisters in one of your videos.

I firmly think it is SHAME, not fear nor doubt that stops Anduin from using the light. Shame is a very strong and destructive force, especially for someone "of the light".

Hey Pyro, can I hear you thoughts about Anduin refusing to use light, BECAUSE basically he doesn't trust light itself anymore. he's seen so much that, he's very much aware of the evil nature light can be, just like it happened once with Illidan already. Maybe he's afraid of light itself and doesn''t wanna do anything with light anymore. what do you think about that?

18:00 sounds like what accolonn is saying is, "mommy alleria and daddy turalyon will get a divorce. then they will bring their armies (lawyers) onto the battlefield (divorce court courtroom) in an epic battle (divorce case at court), and then Arator will have to resolve everything (the parentified child that the parents forgot about amidst their divorce drama ends up being the one who fixes everything) as a millennial child of a divorced household, this is like PTSD-inducing themes for me lol

Asmon checked out from WoW long ago. That's fine, thats his preference, but people need to stop caring so much about what Asmon says about wow. He is not a wow player, he will never become one again, even if he spends brief periods playing it.

every stinky weirdo that got bullied once in middle school won't stfu about the trauma, ptsd and depression being featured in the story. greaseball snowflakes turning every lore discussion into a therapy sesison/trauma olympics is already hurting the lore for anyone with an adult mentality.

@@WWoggins Well that's the thing: He hasn't checked out, he is still standing at the sidelines complaining specifically about characters like Anduin.

The Primalist were not ordered. Why didn't the Void use them to destroy the Titans? What if the Titans are truely working with the Void. That would make sense that Naltharion did not have the will to fight against the corruption of the Void. That would make Sargaras and the Primalist as the good guys. Aseroth being ordered would make her easy to be corrupted. And did they already to that with Xal'atath? But, that's my hairbrained fringe theroy that Xal'atath is a corrupted world soul that never got the chance to wake up. Therefore, she needs to take the power "...so long denied me, shall be mine," to free herself from the Void. That sounds a bit delusional on her part though. As being ordered first, has no will to resist the Void, rather the Void is allowing her to think that she does.

Fair, but I can also understand why pyro might be overly peeved by the community at large thinking that the lore of this game is just, reading the words in a factual manner back at a camera = lore video, when it is anything but. The fact that he’s one of the few to actually read between the lines deeper than most, even if he ain’t always right, is very refreshing compared to how most ppl present the lore.

@kylesmith564 I agree with a lot of what pyro says, I just think he's overly combative for no good reason sometimes. You can't even risk saying a funny joke or being sarcastic without the fear of him possibly blowing up. Been watching him since legion.
