Fix the robot. Teach it navy abbreviations (egad! at least ranks and ratings) and get rid of that pompous accent. Just make it speak clearly.
Today, Japan and the US are allies that have a great respect for each other. That’s an alliance that China can NEVER hope to defeat.

I was at Joint Base Pearl a moth ago. There was a marine carrier, at the dock, with a small US flag. Anchored mid harbor were 2 Jap missile frigates, flying HUGE Jap flags.

The us was so paranoid about communist china it poured huge amounts of money into Japan's rehabilitation. Interestingly at the end of the civil war, it went out of its way to destroy as much infrastructure in the south as humanly possible.

The Allies eventually figured out how to stop the German U-Boats in the Atlantic Arena. It was all that was left in the German Navy. Finally merchant ships were out of danger going to Europe.
