@@rajparmar9866 in fact Mary Jane was supposed to be introduced in the second movie, but with all the problems and the cut they've made all the scenes with Mary Jane were cut off but she was supposed to be in the movie to prepare her importance for Andrew Garfield Spider-Man evolution through peace and love. Personally I prefer Gwen more than MJ but it was a good idea, and very comics accurate

The saddest part is Gwen's father already warning to him & he still can't save Gwen. This will haunted him forever.

People hated Andrew as Spider Man simply because of the fact he didn’t save Gwen in the end, when that.. that right there, makes him the best spiderman, because he showed the struggles of being a real hero, the hardest part about being a hero is that you can’t always save everyone, and although he should’ve stayed away from Gwen, a hero isn’t just gonna give up on what or who he loves, Tom and Tobey played their part well but if anyone deserves the Spider Man title, it’s Andrew

I have to admit that what happend to Gwen wast the most astonishing and worst suprise I have ever exerienced in movie. Im I still shocked how unjust it was that she died, even tho he managed to catch her. They were no more than a length of an arm from happy end. I feel bad about it. I had to watch it twice to understand that she really died. On the other hand, there is no doubt that what occured made this film unique and gave it a place in hall of fame for films with most heart-breaking ending.

In the comic books, Gwen Stacy's death is one of the most iconic and unexpected tragedies that took readers by surprise. To be truthful, I was expecting it to happen. I'm also happy that movie fans that never read the comics were taken by surprise. It would have been pointless if everyone was expecting her to die. In the first "Spider-Man" movie from 2002, they had a very similar scene where Mary Jane Watson was dropped from a bridge (Gwen Stacy was knocked off a bridge in the comic books). I think many comic book fans thought that she was going to die...but, she didn't.

@@evanderholyfield6283 If I made a movie that was accurate to WWII but is clunky and incoherent, the main character was a Mary Sue, and the editing is atrocious, it still isn't a good movie.

This is a great scene, not only does it make you feel the tension during the fight and during the fall, but when Andrew goes to see if Gwen is okay, first there is a great silence, but after tragic song begins that shows Andrew's sadness and the trembling of his hands shows his fear of losing her. And it becomes as shocking as it was in the comics at the time.

Best Spider-Man for me don't know why ppl hate it

I remember this scene. Man, it was really sad. I always cried when I saw this part. And what always made it worse to me, was the fact that Gwen was so young. I mean, she just graduated high school/college! (I can't remember which) She was just about to go out and start the rest of her life. But it was cut short. Too short. ✨Rest in peace Gwen Stacy. ✨ You will forever be in the hearts of Peter and all of the TASM fans.😔

“You’re my path, I choose you and I’m gonna follow you the rest of my life” Garfield may not be my favorite Spider-Man, and this movie isn’t in my top 3 at all, but the way they developed the relationship between peter and Gwen was excellent, so much chemistry between the two

This is the best Spider-Man movie ever imo. I remember being 5 and seeing it in the theater. Its one of my top five favorite movies now and it sometimes stings watching it now because I know that the tasm series ended with Gwen Stacy. All I know is that I hope Andrew and Emma do so good in Spider-Man 3 that they renew this series. But whenever I watch this movie I realize there is no place like home. And that’s what this movie is to me.

I lost my bestfriend. She was the best thing that ever happened to me. Now that she's gone I feel this void inside me. I loved her so much... But I could never tell her how I feel... I kept referring her as my GWEN because she was a lot similar to Gwen Stacy, she was smart, beautiful. I wish I could change things, everyday I get reminder about her, everyday I keep blaming myself for losing her, she made my best version come out I'm always going to be thankful for that for the rest of my life.

This made me reflect on life and my friendships and relationship in life

Listen to this after no way home feels different for some reason this makes me feel sad and happy Andrew was the best he deserved more with his spider man movies

If Spider-Man were to exist in real life it would 100% be Andrew’s. He’s personally the best Spider-Man of the 3; you guys may think otherwise, but he’ll always be MY Spider-Man and the most comic accurate; again, in my personal opinion.

Además la música en esa escena es demasiado conmovedora, podrias llorar sin haber visto la escena. Aunque claro lloras más si ves la escena con todo y músiquita.

Listening to this music mix gives both despair and hope. In this world we need a figure like a hero because at the moment despair is too present. People nowadays don't give any meaning to life, they lack a glimmer of hope. This sounds like the remnant of time. The 60th second, the second that should be there but it isnt, and it feels like if it was suddenly erased from the clock just when the 59th second arrives and you expect the 60th, zero... it will never come. Just pure nothingness. Back to the beggining. To empty spaces filling in where her/his body lied between the sheets, its a spring sun's warmth that just leaves a familiar nostalgic touch, that wont happen again. Their hands between your hair. Your arms around them. It just vanishes like the future we SHOULD have had. Our love story deserved that, but it wasnt made that way, not meant to happen.

Spider-Man is one of those characters that creates meaning to life. Especially Andrew Garfield. His movies really goes to show the worst of humanity, and how we are our biggest downfall. His movies show that love is a creator and the destroyer of one’s delicate soul. That life is only one small speck of us, and that nothing lasts forever.

Only movie I’ve cried in… why did she have to die??😢

Since we're all on the "Imagine if" train i'll add somethink from my self. Imagine a scene where all 3 spider-man fight sinister six on the statue of liberty with MJ and Ned looking from the ground and suddenly Defoe's green goblin swoops down on his glider, picks up MJ and flies very high just to drop her down. Holland's Peter shouts her name but is pinned dwon by Doc Ock unable to move and when Green Goblin drops MJ, Andrew's spider-man immediately jumps after her catching her in the last moment, saving his interdimensional soulmate/loved. He asks if she's ok and looks at her for a few seconds, we hear gwen's theme in the background and immediately after that Adndrew slingshots himself to the top of the Statue.

Evento canon en la vida de todo hombre, y me refiero de que en la mayoria de casos no logramos estar con la persona que amas por circunstacias de la vida(no logramos salvarla). Bueno al menos ese fue mi caso. Y solo queda seguir, pero no paso ni un solo dia en que la pienso.

Hola, quiza no sabemos quienes somos pero por alguna razon, vi tu mensaje y eso que casi nunca leo los comentarios, dejame decirte que por mas duras que esten las cosas, siempre hay una solucion, pero marcharse asi no es la manera, lo se la vida no es justa y se lo que se siente estar solo, aun asi en este mundo oscuro, aun queda partes que valen la pena, disfruta la vida como nunca, y si quiza conocer ´personas nuevas no ayuden a nuestra felicidad, pero habra una por la cual pensaremos que aun podemos serlos, solo tenemos que dejar de tener miedo a lo que puede pasar, merecemos mas, quiza la vida nos hace pasar por cosas dificiles, pero es porque quiza ahi no era nuestro lugar, Sara no se quien eres pero no te rindas, tu puedes con todo y veras que seras feliz cuando encuentres eso en alguien o algo que te motive, que no sean tus ultimos meses, que tu viviras hasta la vejes con alguien con quien seas feliz veras que si, mereces serlo, y si quiza pensaste que nadie veria tu mensaje pero yo lo lei por alguna extraña coincidencia, quiza no lo notes pero si hay personas que te aman, solo que no se notan, recuerda esto, cuando en un lugar no nos valoran lo mejor es alejarse de ahi porque no es nuetro lugar, sabes porque, porque demostraron con no pueden cuidar algo valioso, y mereces mas, mercemos mas, por algo pasan las cosas y es porque nuestro lugar feliz esta en otro lugar donde si nos valoraran al maximo, solo no tengas miedo a ser feliz, no tengas miedo a vivir, que la vida es injusta lo se, pero moldiemos a nuestro antojo que es lo que nos afecta y que no, aun en la vida hay cosas por las cuales aun no lo sabemos pero vale la pena vivir y disfrutar, y tu mereces ser feliz y lo seras, si ves este mensaje porfavor responde, ojala aun estes y que asi sea, no te rindas, las batallas mas dificiles se las dan a los guerreros mas fuertes, asi que sientete orgullosa de ser fuerte, y podras con esto y con mas

Whenever I feel low I listen this and cried..💔

I cried so much at the cinema and almost screamed out loud “Why....!” at this scene, cruel of the Director to take her away from Spider-Man after all that he has been through in life because she is the only one that was precious to him. He stayed away to keep her safe yet she still ceased to exist after his efforts to let her focus on herself and dreams. I wonder whether she was meant to only be there to be the object of his affections over and over again and to serve as a motivation for him to fulfil his own potential BUT what about her? It is almost as if she can be easily replaced anyway, he should have never kept on “watching over” her because in the end it didn’t matter anyway, he isn’t god, he would have been better off praying for her and moving on to different women and ultimately forgetting about her existence. His obsession of trying to keep her safe does not serve any true purpose, in fact she became more unattainable and therefore he held on to being “there for her” but not really being there for her..it would have been better for him to let her go and just heal from it or kept in touch with via her friends with clear communication that it is because he truly cares about her but doesn’t see a realistic way of being with her.

I don't know why the most accurate is the most underrated.

I remember watching this painful scene, when she hit the ground, i was hoping she'd be alright, i did not weep or cry because i thought she was going to be ok.. But just when Andrew's Peter started to call her to wake up, that's the part when i felt like crying.. #maketasm3

Andrew Garfield... The guy who will always be the best adaptation of Peter Parker/Spider-Man.

I believe it’s actually in the soundtrack, also keep in mind they don’t always use every song or every aspect to a song in the soundtrack. Listen to the whole thing and I’ll bet you find it.

This film is a masterpiece because a hero didn't save everyone

TASM2 maybe the weakest Spider-Man as a whole, but it does a lot of things right. One of them is having the best Soundtrack of all the Spider-Man movies!
