Simply lovely! Thanks for venturing into this type of work. I couldn't stop smiling watching this video and I love how it demonstrates that we all play a part in society.
Now that's a really nice use of recycled plastics! Love the bright colors too.
It appears that this company hires workers with special needs, so not only are they recycling something that would otherwise be thrown away, they're giving opportunitites to folks who may not be able to work due to physical and mental challenges...that's just awesome and impressive. You have my respect! Nihon-ga sugoi yo!!

Praise to the company that hires these wonderful workers.
Great job by everyone !! The very best wishes to you all.
What a fabulous 👌 way of recycling ♻️ the old bottle tops 💯. A great process to watch ❤,thanks for sharing 👍. Greetings from England 🇬🇧 Simon and Beth ❤❤❤

Amazing process is right!!!
This video is among the most therapeutic I've seen in a while. In a world where everything has to equate to making a fast buck, it's good to see that there is a workplace that's dedicated to healing the planet. I love watching how slow and deliberate each of the movements are. The mantra _quality over quantity_ seems to be this company's driving principle. What a healing video. I would love to work there. 💖

I just love Japan! these people are synonym for neatness.

Good processs
Thankyou!!😊

Muy interesante,gracias.
Very nice to see 🎉
Suprised they still use chalkboards. Wish schools in the US still did. The white boards produce a lot of plastic waste from the markers.
Good work mashallah
Very good! 👏👏👏👏
So, plastic *IS* recyclable!

Been living in Japan for 2months, just always wondered about the caps that we always take off from the bottle. Now it is turned to be useful things
everybody should respect japan tech.
Lovely!
so fucking satisfying when final product is packaged in a box .
I think it is better and more economical to use glue to attach the pieces to each other instead of screws.
Where do all the bottle caps come from?
at the begining I would manually separate different color cups -)

Looks like a work rehabilitation center for addicts. Well at least it keeps them busy.

🤨the people we see at the start of the video are disabled, do they really work in a workshop where plastic is crushed into small particles and at best, wear a type 1 surgical mask ? I don't think this 'picture' deserves admiration. The other person doing the stapling shows signs of arthritis, they should not be used to do this task : staple textile onto plastic with a simple office stapler ! is it the futur you all want ?

I am surprised at the amount of manual work performed in a prosperous first world country. Normally such work is automated or outsourced to the third world. Giving someone a job is better than unemployment through automation. Some people are happy to do such jobs.

I like that Japan even employs people with physical and mental disabilities, even with their disabilities that employers still see their abilities and give them jobs they are able to do.
I'm kinda suspicious about the "recycled" plastic? Any time I see recycled plastic used, it is never as uniform a color as that. Plus, the tubes that pull the plastic pieces use air suction to move it, which cause the tubes to move themselves, back and forth. But, then again, I could be totally wrong, I am not an expert. Just my opinion.
