PPEs should be adopted Material Conveying System instead of Manual; will increase the Working Efficiency and good Quality could be also achieved, there is always a room for betterment so it should be followed. Good and Hard Workmanship wish best and thanks for the Video.

Main thing is cost and scale and location... In Pakistan and India you can't survive the heat wearing PPEs (unless air conditioned factory). This looks like a small scale factory.. automatic conveyor system is costly

Their production keeps people employed, you can say these items are hand made unlike western machine made where few people work and owners earn a fortune, these workers are the true artisans of the world

WHY DO MOST OF THE EMPLOYEES SIT ON THE GROUND. DO THEY NOT HAVE TABLE AND CHAIRS.

These are too little setups. This is most relax form of working and they all are use to of this style and the new comers learn and follow the same style.. They will feel discomfort if provided table and chairs. However proper factories are following the standardized pattern of working.

It’s a chroming process, which is incredibly toxic. These men will have significant health issues over time: www.osha.gov/hexavalent-chromium/health-effects#:~:text=Hexavalent%20chromium%20can%20irritate%20the,wall%20separating%20the%20nasal%20passages).

They have a different take on OSHA. It’s called OSHIT. Way less paperwork.

We call America the land of the free but need OSHA to tell us how to work safe. You could give these workers all the safety equipment in the world, but you would have to force them to use it.

@@900stx7 I agree with you to a point. I was just joking however. But you're right. These men have adapted to working without PPE and trying to force them to use it at this point would probably cause more bad than good...
