One major thing : In the H-smart model we get disc brakes but in the standard model we get the drum brakes

Go for dio. I have dio first model since Jan 2015 & still running good. Almost 9+ yrs. Just Maintain proper servicing

indian scooter is very bad because all indian scooter hos no double suspension in rear wheel . So it makes un balance while double rideing.
