@@zombl337og While Corsair quality is fine, it's also severely overpriced. Just look at their AIO's. Size for size, any Arctic AIO will crush the Corsair. And strap some Silent Wings 4 Pro on it, and it's a new ballgame yet again. What you get from Corsair is a lot of RGB for those who prefer their computer to looks like a children's toy.

Honestly I really like Corsair. I’ve only ever had one problem with their products but it was because of bad shipping from Amazon wasn’t the actual product itself. So this makes me happy

@@lonzoformvp5078 I tend to prefer Razer keyboards and Logitech mice. I have a Blackwidow v3 pro and G Pro Wirless for periphals. Not a huge fan of Corsair peripherals. But their pc components are super good. I eventually wanna try and go full corsair with cooling soon.

Yeah my mobo/GPU is MSI SOLELY because Corsair doesnt make those parts lol. Sure they make GPU waterblocks, but I'm not watercooling, but I AM rocking Corsair everything else, as well as a 3700x lmao. Mine has an MSI 2080ti Gaming X Trio in it as well.

I watch this video all the time because that's the case I have. I feel like it's a pretty underrated as a case. It's so practical and looks great. The rgb fans through the airflow slots is a super unique look.

Thanks. What I've learned here is that with these Corsair cases, because of the room in them, there is definitely an order in which components need to be installed. I'll be paying attention to that when I do my new build next weekend. Happy Holidays!

11:37 I'm pretty sure you're supposed to have the RGB point away from you, towards your wall so it gives ambiant lighting and the headset mount is then towards you.

I personally own a set of these. They have some cool features (I just leave mine on "fireplace" though) but they're too diffused and toned down to bounce enough light off the wall for ambient lighting. Looking at them head on doesn't cause me any eye strain but then again I game on a 46" plasma and have a bunch of RGB strips all over the room for ambient lighting and ambiance.

Awesome! I bought the 275R Case earlier this month to re-house my PC. Albeit with some pretty outdated parts compared to this build 😂. (waiting for a USB 3 to USB 2 adapter so I can actually use the front connectors). Really stylish case that I hope will do me for many builds in the future.

I have the same case and I got it because of the airflow. I love it! I got additional corsair fans that are white and currently installed corsair h100i aio in white.

@@clapiclaps rather than look good, I'd argue it's simply easier to sync up the RGB through one software instead of having to juggle however many different brands you got (I use the commander pro for my led strips). Really not a fan of that case for RGB. Still much rather the Lian Li O11 Dynamic. Much more clean

This would be the EPIC corsair gaming rig/setup that I've been looking for if it is clean with some cable management.

I've that case (in black) and it works really well for airflow in my experience (and i don't run water cooled, i use Noctua fans), i also have that mouse, which lasts really well as a wireless mouse. Also have a different corsair headset and keyboard, this video feels like it was meant for me lol.

No shots of the RGB overload in a dark room?! You're killing me!

I'm gonna be honest here, watching a new LTT video almost everyday really does wonders for my mental health. There are a literal handful of channels (related to tech, car, and film making) that I watch on a daily basis and it is the highlight of my day.

Youd have to choose same GPU and CPU. RAM could be from the specific company (same amount and speed/latency) The only thing that could affect the result are fans. A lot of companies sell AiOs, the only difference are fans. Even PSUs dont have to differ much, to my knowledge neither Corsair, BeQuiet (and so on) produce their own PSUs.

Im surprised someone experienced like linus tech tips would mount the aio wrong. Your supposed to have the aio hoses going downwards to make sure the pump doesnt have a hard time pumping water upwards to the cooler. instead of the hoes going downwards and the water just flowing down instead.

Kudos on proper mounting of the AIO Rad with tubes down. So many companies show them tubes up on front mounts, and that not good for fluid circulation. You get water trickling and gurgling sounds. The only thing tricky about front-mounting rads with tubes down is you have to make sure the top of the rad sits higher than the CPU.

How many more companies can he realistically do this with next? He's done Gigabyte, Asus, MSI, and now Corsair...

they seriously need to enter the motherboard business... it's the missing piece in the RGB iCUE puzzle.

You can control Asus motherboards with iCUE so they kind off already did. But yes would be cool :)

If you install ASUS aura sync software (for the aura service, no need to run it) iCUE will sync with it and you can control ASUS parts directly in iCUE... I do this and I own a that very same Mobo linus used

I really like Corsair. They have really good value for money items and really good cases.

Beautiful, I'd love to build this exact rig.

He couldn't put the rad up top to avoidvthat because a rad and fans up to will hit the Ram. I'm actually surprised he got one in the front with the video card he used. This is a major shortcoming of this case. I avoided the issue buy using a 120mm rad on thecrear exhaust position. I like tge case but it could have used another inch or so in height.

The radiator was mounted upside down, the pump has to be on lower level than the radiator, the tubes have to come from above. Linus forgot the R.F.M., its in the pictures provided by Corsair instructions.

I hope liquid nitrogen becomes the norm in CPU cooling, or at the very least it's a option that's widely available like how air and water cooling is.

I built a pc for a friend in that case, was pretty surprised how high quality it was, despite my general hate towards corsair, I like the case

I have the ultimate brand loyalty to Corsair just because I built my first PC with them and know it + iCue is great

One of my two favourite computer brands

I have had that 275R airflow case for one of my builds and I could not recommend it more to people for their first builds, or even any other build if you don't mind the looks, it can run my whole system full tilt with high thermal load equipment inside, and is cheap enough to not break the bank (especially if you find it on a deal like I did). If your build is light enough you can definitely get away with just the 3 included fans, but I do recommend upgrading fans later on, but the case is true to its name in that it won't be your limiting factor for airflow.
