Back in the early 80s as a young teenager, a airsporter rifle was good enough, would hit most targets no worries, with 4x32 scope, 500 tin of pellets would only last the weekend, happy days 😀

Very nice

Good shooting Andy. I’ve got the Walter Reign and been very pleased with it. I’ve got a Wildcat in FAC and a Dreamline Tac but they’re no more fun to shoot. There’s something very straightforward and functional about the Reign and I’m losing interest in paying ever more money for the tiniest of insignificant modifications. Its called it the law of diminishing returns. I think we forget we’re shooting ( in the main ) sub 12ftlb air guns at 30/40 yards not military snipers taking out bad guys at a 1/2 mile. The Maverick has 2 regulators but that group was no better than what can be achieved with the Reign and 2 regulators = twice as likely to go wrong and it costs twice as much. I’ll stop preaching because I’m totally taken in by all the innovations and I’m too easily parted from my money with all the hype that surrounds new guns but the Walther is definitely underrated £ for £.

Great shooting yet again Andy. What is the gun bag you were using, looks big enough to take my R10se, with nitesite and range finder fitted without any problem.

For a 12ftlbs air rifle what grain pellet would you recommend for pigeons

Nice video only one gripe... you only ever seem to shoot paper at what I can only estimate at about 25 yds.... why not shoot paper out to a measured 50 yds.!

Haha I miss, not as much as I used to though ;) I try to include them but sometimes it’s not always possible to fit them into the 10 minute slot :)

Things seem very overhyped , probably got to be to justify there high price , 2 regulators, two small metal cylinders turned down on a c n c machine , probably 50 p to make , and a few metal tubes and some plastic , oh and a small carbon fibre bottle , guess the guy at fx can get himself another Ferrari , when a few of these have been sold ,, 1400 quid , not outta my pocket that’s for sure , I’ve come across people at the gun club with 1000 pound guns and guess what , they can’t hit anything more than I can with my Kral and hw97 , and think you should have put that target out to at least 60 mtrs , Matt, my cp2 could have done impressive shots at that range cheers shane uk 🇬🇧
