Then most moslem scholars will be using these points since long ago. Yet, they gave so much different excuses even until today to validate muhammads action. ऐसा कहा जाता है कि जब हज़रत आयशा की उम्र 6 साल थी तब आपका निकाह हुआ और 9 साल मे रुख़सती हुई | *इस गुमराह करने वाली इत्तेला (सूचना) ने मुस्लिम और गैर मुस्लिम भाइयों मे बहुत ही गलत तास्सुर दिया कि* *इस्लाम में बच्चों की शादी की इजाज़त है।* ये क़ाबिले गौर है कि इसके मुस्तनद (प्रमाणिक) होने की दलील नहीं है इसको साबित करने के लिए, रावियों, हालात और उस वक्त की कैफियत का तारीखी हक़ाएक़ (ऐतिहासिक तथ्यों) के साथ बाहमी ताल्लुक़ को देखा जाना चाहिए। इस सिलसिले में हिशाम की एक हदीस है जिसमें हज़रत आयशा रज़ि. की उम्र 9 साल होने का इशारा मिलता है| कई *मुस्तनद ( प्रमाणिक) हदीसें भी ज़ाहिर करती हैं कि हिशाम की रवायत नबी करीम (स.अ.व.) की जिंदगी की कई तारीख हक़ाएक़ (ऐतिहासिक तथ्य), के गैरमुताबिक़ हैं।* उमर अहमद उस्मानी, हकीम नियाज़ अहमद और हबीबुर्रहमान कांधोलवी जैसे उलमा के हवाले के साथ, इस हक़ीक़त के हक़ में *कुछ दलीलें पेश करना चाहूंगा, कि* *हज़रत आयशा रज़ि की उम्र कम से कम 18 साल थी जब आपका निकाह हुआ और आपकी उम्र कम से कम 21 साल थीं* जब आपकी रुखसती नबी करीम (स.अ.व.) के साथ रहने के लिए हुईं। उमर अहमद उस्मानी के मुताबिक़, *सूरे अल-निसा* में ये कहा गया है कि _"यतीमों (अनाथों) के वली उनका माल उन्हें वापस करने से पहले उनकी लगातार आज़ामाइश करते रहें, जब तक कि वो शादी की उम्र तक पहुँच जायें"_ (4:6)। इससे उलेमा हज़रात ने ये नतीजा निकाला है कि *क़ुरआन ने शादी की एक कम से कम उम्र तय की है जो कम से कम सने बलोगत है।* चूंकि *लड़की की मंजूरी (कबूलियत) एक कानूनी/इस्लामी आवश्यकता है* इसलिए वो नाबालिग नहीं हो सकती है। हिशाम बिन उरवह इस हदीस के खास रावी हैं। उनकी जिंदगी दो दौरों में तकसीम की गयी है: 131 A.H. में मदनी मुद्दत समाप्त हुई, और *इराकी अवधि शुरू हुई, उस समय हिशाम की उम्र 71 साल थी। हाफ़िज़ ज़हबी ने बाद के समय में हिशाम की याददाश्त खराब हो जाने के बारे में बात की है* । मदीना, में उनके तालिबे इल्मों इमाम मालिक और इमाम अबू हनीफह ने इस हदीस का ज़िक्र नहीं किया है । इमाम मालिक और मदीने के लोगों ने उन्हें उनकी *इराकी हदीसों के लिए तंक़ीद (आलोचना) भी की है।* इस हदीस के सभी रावी इराकी हैं, जिन्होंने हिशाम से उसे सुना था। इराकी जो कि अभी तक खुलफाए राशिदीन और हज़रत आयशा से बुग्ज और अदावत रखते हैं | *अल्लामा कांधोलवी का कहना है कि हज़रत आयशा रज़ि. की उम्र के बारे में कहा गया शब्द 'तिस्सह अशरह' कहा गया है जिसका अर्थ 19 है, जब हिशाम ने सिर्फ तिस्सह सुना (या याद किया) जिसका मतलब 9 होता है।* मौलाना उस्मानी रह. का खयाल है कि इस तब्दीली को जान बूझ कर और बदनियती से बाद में बनाया गया था। इतिहासकार इब्ने इसहाक़ ने 'सीरते रसूलल्लाह' (स.अ.व.) *इस्लाम के पहले साल में इस्लाम स्वीकार करने वालों की एक फेहरिस्त (सूची) दी है* जिसमें हज़रत आयशा रज़ि. का नाम हज़रत अबु बक्र रज़ि. की छोटी बेटी आयशा रज़ि." के तौर पर दिया गया है। *अगर हम हिशाम के हिसाब को कुबूल करते हैं, तो उस वक्त तक वो पैदा भी नहीं हुई थीं।* नबी सल्लल्लाहू अलैहि वसल्लम की पहली बीवी, हज़रत ख़दीजा की वफात के कुछ दिनों बाद, *हज़रत खौवलह रजि. ने नबी सल्लल्लाहू अलैहि वसल्लम को बकरुन से दोबारा शादी करने का सुझाव दिया,* जिसकी मुराद हज़रत आयशा रज़ि. से था (मसनद अहमद)। अरबी में बकरुन का अर्थ गैर शादीशुदा लड़की, जिसने सने बलोगत को पार कर लिया हो और शादी की उम्र हो गई हो । एक छह साल की लड़की के लिए ये शब्द इस्तेमाल नहीं किया जा सकता है । कुछ अहले इल्म हज़रात का खयाल है कि हज़रत आयशा रज़ि. की शादी जल्दी हो गई थी क्योंकि अरब में लड़कियाँ जल्दी बालिग़ हो जाती हैं। लेकिन ये उस वक्त अरबों का आम रिवाज नहीं था । ये अल्लामा कांधोलवी के मुताबिक़, *इस्लाम से पहले या उसके बाद इस तरह का कोई मामला दर्ज नहीं है और न ही उसे नबी करीम (स.अ.व.) की सुन्नत के रूप में बढ़ावा दिया गया। नबी सल्लल्लाहू अलैहि वसल्लम ने अपनी बेटियों की शादी हज़रत फ़ातिमा रज़ि की 21 और हज़रत रुक़य्या रज़ि. की 23 साल* की उम्र में शादी कर दी थी। इसके अलावा, हज़रत अबु बकर सिद्दीक रज़ियल्लाहु अन्हु, हज़रत आयशा रज़ि. के वालिद ने 26 साल की उम्र में अपनी सबसे बड़ी बेटी हजरते अस्मा रज़ि. की शादी कर दी थी । *इस बात पर सबकी इत्तेफाक़ राये है कि हज़रत आयशा रजि. अपनी बड़ी बहन अस्मह रज़ि. से 10 साल छोटी थीं, जिनकी हिजरत के वक्त उम्र लगभग 28 साल थी ।

It's disgusting. My daughter is 8 next month, so this aspect really hits hard... I went to Afghanistan, and old men marrying little girls are so normal there. But we could not do anything about it because.... Culture. Also, they have a nasty habit of old men taking a young boy as sort of a slave, dressing them in girls' clothes and putting on makeup, and doing really brutal things to them...

11 proofs that the age of Aisha was 19 when Muhammad《PBUH》married her: Before you tell me how while there is a hadith in Sahih Al-Bukhari that says that she was six years old when he married her and at the age of nine when he completed the marriage, I will tell you that there are also three hadiths in Sahih Al-Bukhari that prove that Aisha was sixteen years old when Muhammad married her and she was nineteen years old when he completed the marriage. This is what is indicated by the authentic narrations without dispute that Muhammad《PBUH》betrothed Aisha, may God be pleased with her, one year after the death of Khadija. That is two years before the Migration, and he married her three years later, after the migration to Medina, in the month of Shawwal, one year after the Migration. Sunan Al-Tirmidhi ( 1093 ) Narrated Aisha : The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, married me in Shawwal, and completed the marriage in Shawwal. Muhammad《PBUH》married Aisha after he engaged her for at least a full year, and it is well-known that he married her three years later, in the month of Shawwal, a year after the migration. Now we come to the list of evidence Before I present the three hadiths in Sahih al-Bukhari that prove that Aisha’s age was 16 when the Muhammad betrothed her and she was 19 when he married her, I will present nine historical and rational evidence that prove with certainty that Aisha’s age was 16 when she became a fiancee and 19 when she married. • 1))) If we calculated the age of Aisha compared with the age of her sister Asmaa. All historical sources proved that Asmaa was older than Aisha by 10 years, and proved that Asmaa was born before the migration to Madina by 28 years. That means that her age when Muhammad started receiving the Divine Inspiration was 15 because Muhammad's biography told us that Muhammad started receiving the Divine Inspiration at the age of 40, and stayed in Mecca 13 years before the migration to Madinah. Sahih Al-Bukhari ( 3851 ) Narrated Ibn Abbas The Prophet Muhammad started receiving the Divine Inspiration when he was 40 years old. So he stayed in Madina 13 years. Then he migrated to Madina, and strayed in Medina 10 years, then he died. 28 - 14 = 15 So now we can realise that the age of Aisha was 5 when Muhammad started receiving the Divine Inspiration. 15 - 10 = 5 Muhammad biography told us that Muhammad stayed in Mecca 13 years, and Muhammad married Aisha after the immigration to Madina by 2 years. This the basic biography of Muhammad that all Muslims agree with. Now we can calculate it easily: 5 + 13 + 1 = 19 • 2))) If we calculated the age of Aisha according to the death of her sister Asmaa. All historical sources proved that her sister Asmaa died at the year 72 in the Islamic calender ( Islamic calender started since the migration to Madina ). Asmaa died at the year 72 in the Islamic calendar when she was 100 years old. So her age was 27 at the migration to Madina 100 - 72 = 28 This agrees with historical sources and agrees with what I mentioned earlier. As I mentioned earlier that Asmaa is older than Aisha by 10 years, so the age of Aisha was 18 at the migration to Madina. 28 - 10 = 18 And Muhammad married her 2 years after the migration. 18 + 1 = 19 • 3))) A lot of Islamic scholars said: All of Abu Bakr daughters ( Aisha is one of them ) were born in the pre-Islamic era. Muhammad migrated to Madina after receiving the Divine Inspiration by 13 years, and married Aisha after the migration by 1 years. So the age of Aisha definitely must be at least more than 16. 1 + 13 + 1 = 15 As I mentioned earlier that Aisha was born 5 years before Muhammad received the Divine Inspiration. So the age of Aisha definitely must be 19. 5 + 13 + 1 = 19 • 4))) Famous Islamic scholars mentioned the first believers who believed in Islam, and from women is Aisha. They became Muslims after 3 years when Muhammad started receiving the Divine Inspiration. According to the fake narrative which said that Muhammad married Aisha at the age of 9, we can find that Aisha had been born 5 years after receiving the Divine Inspiration because Muhammad stayed at Mecca 13 years and married Aisha after 1 year of the migration. That means that Aisha became Muslim before she was born. 😂 But all historical sources that prove that Aisha was born 5 years before receiving the Divine Inspiration are very realistic because Aisha must be 5 to 7 years when she became Muslim. 5 + 13 + 1 = 19 • 5))) Aisha's father is Abu Bakr, and Abu Bakr is Muhammad's best friend. Abu Bakr is the one who offered to Muhammad marrying his daughter. It is not realistic at all if someone let his daughter to get married at the age of 6, but it is realistic at the age of 19. Can you handle this if your daughter got married at the age of 9😂. There is no father in the world can agree to this marriage to his daughter. Pay attention that Abu Bakr is the one who offered to his best friend ( Muhammad ) marrying his daughter because he is the best friend of Muhammad. • 6))) Aisha was a fiancee of Jubayr Ibn Mut'im before she got married to Muhammad as sahih hadiths stated like Al-Dhahabi ( 280 ) So it is completely impossible to assume that Muhammad betrothed Aisha at the age of 6 if she was a fiancee of another man before that. Maybe she was 4 years old.😂 But it is possible and realistic to assume that Muhammad married her at 19. • 7))) There was no one objection from Muhammad's companies, neither from Muhammad's enemies about the marriage between Muhammad and Aisha. If Muhammad really married Aisha at the age of 9 then you would find that all Muhammad's enemies were mocking Muhammad because of this marriage. That because they were waiting Muhammad for one tiny mistake to abuse him, but I challenge anyone to quote one saying of one person of Muhammad's enemies against this marriage. You will not find because Aisha was 19 when she got married to Muhammad. • 8))) It is mentioned also in Al-Dhahabi ( 280 ) that the woman Khaola bint kakim is the one who offered to Muhammad to marry Aisha. So how could a 6 year old girl been offered to marriage as normal at that age?? That is because Aisha was already a fiancee of Jubayr Ibn Mut'im. Now I will present the 3 hadiths that prove that the age of Aisha must be 19 in Sahih Al-Bukhari. • 9))) Sahih Al-Bukhari ( 2297 ) Narrated Aisha: Since I reached the age when I could remember things, I have seen my parents worshipping according to the right faith of Islam. Not a single day passed but God's Apostle visited us both in the morning and in the evening. When the Muslims were persecuted, Abu Bakr set out for Ethiopia as an emigrant. Aisha started to become conscious before the migration to Ethiopia. All historical sources proved that the migration to Ethiopia was 5 years after Muhammad started receiving the Divine Inspiration. So it is not realistic at all if we assume that Aisha was 9 when Muhammad married her because we will find that Aisha started to become conscious before she was born. 😂 Human beings start to become conscious at least at the age of 6. But let's assume that she was 6 years old at the migration to Ethiopia, regardless that she must be older because she started to become conscious before the migration. Now we can find that Aisha must be at least older than 16 when she got married to Muhammad because Muhammad stayed at Mecca 13 years and married Aisha after 1 year. 6 - 5 = 1 1 + 13 + 2 = 16 And it is very realistic if we assume that the age of Aisha was 19 when she got married to Muhammad because she was 9 at the migration to Ethiopia, and Aisha started to become conscious before the migration to Ethiopia. 9 - 5 = 4 4 + 13 + 2 = 19 This agrees with all historical sources • 10))) Sahih Al-Bukhari ( 2880 / 3811 ) - Sahih Muslim ( 1811 ) Narrated Anas:

They would return to refill them and again empty them in the mouths of the wounded people. The sword fell from Abu Talha's hand twice or thrice on that day. That means that Aisha and Um Sulaim were treating the wounded soldiers of the battle of Uhad inside the battle. So they were literally involved inside the battle by helping the soldiers. Now all historical sources proved that the battle of Uhad was in 625 AD. 625 AD is after the migration to Madina by 3 years because the migration to Madina was in 622 AD. So now if we look at the fake narrative which said that Aisha was 9, we will find that Aisha was 11 at the time of the battle of Uhad. This requires adulthood, puberty, maturity and realization of marriage. Muhammad had forbidden pedophilia. How can he get married to Aisha if she was at the age of nine not aware of the meaning of marriage, and if this happened, then all companions of Muhammad would mock him because he said the opposite of what he did, but in fact none of the companions of the Messenger of God objected to this marriage and I challenge anyone to quote one authentic or even weak narration in which you find one of the companions mocked him. You will not find because she was sixteen years old when Muhammad engaged to her and nineteen years old when he married her. That is why no one objected. Rather, all Muhammad's companions witnessed that Muhammad has the best morals among people. This is the biggest evidence that the age of Aisha was 16 when he engaged her and 19 when he married her _____ Now we can understand that the narrative which said that age of Aisha was 9 is rotten. I will tell why this narrative must be rotten. This narrative had came in 5 ways, and all these 5 narratives are returned to only one narrator as well the fake narrative which said that Aisha were playing with dolls. That narrator is Hisham, and in Hisham lies the problem. Hisham was sincere when he was in Medina, but after he went to Iraq his memorizing started to decline because he went to Iraq when he was 71 years old till he died at the age 81. A lot of Islamic scholars and a famous Islamic scholar Imam Mallek said : The narrative of Hisham in Iraq is not acceptable. The interesting thing is that all these 5 narratives as well the fake narrative which said that Aisha were playing with dolls were narrated in Iraq which proves that Hisham was in Iraq when he narrated these narratives which proves that this narrative is rotten and not acceptable. Moreover, this narrative contradicts all historical sources. That's why Ali ibn al-Madini Ibn Khuzayma Ibn 'Abd al-Barr Al-Bayhaqi Abu Hamid Al-Ghazali Al-Hakim al-Nishapuri Ibn Rajab Al-Dhahabi Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyya Ibn Hazm Al-Jassas Ahmad al-Ghumari Al-Shafi'i Al-Daraqutni Muhammad Nasiruddin al-Albani Abd al-Aziz ibn Baz Muhammad ibn al-Uthaymeen Al-Baqillani Al-Juwayni Fakhr al-Din al-Razi Al-Suyuti Muhammad Zahid al-Kawthari Abdullah al-Ghumari Rashid Rida Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani Taqi al-Din al-Subki Jamal al-Din al-Mizzi Ibn al-Salah Zain al-Din al-'Iraqi Those are the best Islamic scholars in Hadith, and all of them said that there are some weak and rotten Hadiths which Sahih Al-Bukhari brought and Sahih Muslim. But of course the majority of what Sahih Al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim brought still correct, and the weak Hadiths are extremely rare of what Sahih Al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim brought. That is because Islamic scholars said that the weak Hadiths of what Sahih Al-Bukhari brought are only 90, while Sahih Al-Bukhari brought 7397 Hadiths. So the percentage is only 1.2% percent. Also, Islamic scholars said the weak Hadiths of what Sahih Muslim brought are only 109, while Sahih Muslim brought 5770 Hadiths. So the percentage is only 1.9% percent., From these extremely rare weak Hadiths from the 1.2% percent is the narrative which said that Aisha was 9 because it contradicted All historical sources and contracted 3 Hadiths in Sahih Al-Bukhari. So if you are quoting from Sahih Al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, then why don't you quote these Hadiths in Sahih Al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim which proved that the age of Aisha was 19. And from the Hadiths that proved that Muhammad was the Messenger of God because he has the best morals among people and the best shape and character among people, and he had splitted the Moon in half and made a lot of fascinating miracles that no one can do except the messenger of God. So now you have only two options: First option is to refuse the fake narrative which said that the age of Aisha was 9, and if you refused your this fake narrative, then Aisha wasn't 9, but she was 19 instead. Second opinion is to insist on the fake narrative which said that the age of Aisha was 9, and if you insisted on this fake narrative, then you have proved that the age of Aisha was 19. And you proved that Muhammad was the Messenger of God because he you have proved that he has the best morals among people and the best shape and character among people, and he has splitted the Moon in half and made a lot of fascinating miracles that no one can do except the messenger of God. There is a poem in which Hassan ben Thabet described Muhammad : I have never seen anyone ,ever of your beauty ,completely at all, And no one ever was born Handsome , gracious , in the world , Like you , as a whole You were born perfect , pure and innocent , Without any defect , As if you were created , As you wished The Prophet Muhammad is angelic and has the best morals among all people : Sahih Al-Bukhari ( 6203 ) Narrated Anas Muhammad has the best morals among people. Sahih Muslim ( 2309 ) Narrated Anas ibn Malek: I remained in the service of Muhammad for ten years. He never once told me 'Oof'. When I did something, he never asked me, why did you do so? When I did not do a certain task, he never asked me why I did not do it. Muhammad had the best character among all people. that I never felt a silk cloth, nor pure silk, nor any other thing softer than the palm of Muhammad. Nor did I smell any musk or any other fragrance, more sweet smelling than the sweat of Muhammad. Sahih Al-Bukhari ( 6035 ) Narrated `Abdullah bin `Amr: The Prophet Muhammad never used bad language. He used to say 《The best amongst you are those who have the best morals.》 Sahih Al-Bukhari ( 6033 ) Anas b. Malik reported that Muhammad is the best among people (both in shape and character), and was the most generous of them, and was the bravest of men. __________ Just imagine Now all scientists have agreed that the age of the Universe is 13.8 billion years and the age of the Earth is 4.6 billion years. The Quran 1400+ years ago Chapter 10 Verse 3 *{ Your Lord is God, who created the heavens and earth in Six Days }* Chapter 41 Verse 9 *{ Say, ‘How can you disregard the One [God] who created the earth in Two Days? How can you set up other gods as His equals? He is the Lord of all the worlds }* The word (Day) in Arabic language doesn't always means 24 hours, but it means a long period of time. It used to describe a long period of time. The Age of the Universe is 13.8 billion years old, and the Earth is 4.6 billion years old according to Science. The Age of the Universe is Six Days old, and the Earth is Two Days old according to the Quran. Quran 6 ÷ 2 = *{ 3 }* Science 13.8 ÷ 4.6 = *{ 3 }* Quran 1400+ years back told us that the age of the Earth is one third 1/3 age of the Universe. MIND-BLOWING accuracy Coincidence ? The next verse Chapter 41 Verse 10 *{ And He placed on the earth firm mountains, standing high, showered His blessings upon it. And He estimated all its sustenance in Four Days, equally for those who ask }* Mountains means continents because if anyone studied ABC Geology would know that continents are huge extreme high mountains with height of 11 kilometers. The real height of Mount Everest is 19.8 kilometers because 11 + 8.8 = 19.8. Mountains are reason why there is life on Earth. *{ And He estimated all its sustenance in Four Days, equally for those who ask }* All Muslims believe that God estimated all creatures before He created them because that what the Quran mentioned. Chapter 6 Verse 59 *{ He has the keys to the unseen: no one knows them but Him. He knows all that is in the land and sea. No leaf falls without His knowledge, nor is there a single grain in the darkness of the earth, or anything, fresh or withered, that is not written in a clear Record. }* The Quran mentioned that Almighty God recorded all the sustenance of the Earth in a clear Record before the creation of the Earth during the first Four Days. After this, God ordered the Earth to form in Two Days. The Quran here clearly indicates in this verse that Almighty God created the Earth in Two Days after Four Days from the creation of time. The period from the beginning of time until the creation of the Earth was 9.2 billion years according to Science. The period from the beginning of time until the creation of the Earth was Four Days according to the Quran. Quran 6 ÷ 4 = *{ 1.5 }* Science 13.8 ÷ 9.2 = *{ 1.5 }* MIND-BLOWING accuracy Now we have a completely Six Days 2 + 4 = 6 4.6 + 9.2 = 13.8 Coincidence ? The next verse Chapter 41 Verse 11 *{ Then He [God] rose over the heaven while it was smoke and said to it and to the earth, "Come into being, willingly or unwillingly." They said, "We have come willingly }* One of the meaning of (Then) in Arabic language is going forward in time, but the other meaning is going backward in time. The Quran used the word (Then) for going backward in time many times Chapter 90 Verse 11-16 *{ If only they had attempted the challenging path ˹of goodness instead˺! ○ And what will make you realize what ˹attempting˺ the challenging path is? ○ It is to free a slave. ○ Or feeding on a day of severe hunger ○ to an orphaned relative ○ or to a poor person in distress. ○ Then he became one of those who believed, and recommended one another to perseverance and patience, and (also) recommended one another to pity and compassion. }* Also, It's obvious that we went backward in time at the ultimately beginning of all creation because God said to the heaven and earth *{ Come into being }* Another translation of this verse : *{ Moreover He comprehended in His design the sky, and it had been (as) smoke: He said to it and to the earth: "Come ye together, willingly or unwillingly." They said: "We do come (together), in willing obedience." }* The Quran 1400+ years told us that the heaven and earth at the beginning of creation were in a form of smoke. Smoke in Arabic means an extreme hot flaming thing. Science told us that the Universe at the beginning right after the Big Bang was in a form of extreme hot dense plasma. The physicist Stephen Hawking said: We are made of the smoke of the Big Bang. WE ARE MADE OF THE *SMOKE* OF THE BIG BANG Coincidence ? There still thousands of scientific miracles and numerical miracles in the Quran, but it will take huge amount of books to fill them.

I was never a muslim, but I remember reading about this when I was 19. As I was reading about it, I looked over and saw my 9 year old sister playing with her Barbies. I got queasy when I pictured my little sister in that girl’s place.

ऐसा कहा जाता है कि जब हज़रत आयशा की उम्र 6 साल थी तब आपका निकाह हुआ और 9 साल मे रुख़सती हुई | *इस गुमराह करने वाली इत्तेला (सूचना) ने मुस्लिम और गैर मुस्लिम भाइयों मे बहुत ही गलत तास्सुर दिया कि* *इस्लाम में बच्चों की शादी की इजाज़त है।* ये क़ाबिले गौर है कि इसके मुस्तनद (प्रमाणिक) होने की दलील नहीं है इसको साबित करने के लिए, रावियों, हालात और उस वक्त की कैफियत का तारीखी हक़ाएक़ (ऐतिहासिक तथ्यों) के साथ बाहमी ताल्लुक़ को देखा जाना चाहिए। इस सिलसिले में हिशाम की एक हदीस है जिसमें हज़रत आयशा रज़ि. की उम्र 9 साल होने का इशारा मिलता है| कई *मुस्तनद ( प्रमाणिक) हदीसें भी ज़ाहिर करती हैं कि हिशाम की रवायत नबी करीम (स.अ.व.) की जिंदगी की कई तारीख हक़ाएक़ (ऐतिहासिक तथ्य), के गैरमुताबिक़ हैं।* उमर अहमद उस्मानी, हकीम नियाज़ अहमद और हबीबुर्रहमान कांधोलवी जैसे उलमा के हवाले के साथ, इस हक़ीक़त के हक़ में *कुछ दलीलें पेश करना चाहूंगा, कि* *हज़रत आयशा रज़ि की उम्र कम से कम 18 साल थी जब आपका निकाह हुआ और आपकी उम्र कम से कम 21 साल थीं* जब आपकी रुखसती नबी करीम (स.अ.व.) के साथ रहने के लिए हुईं। उमर अहमद उस्मानी के मुताबिक़, *सूरे अल-निसा* में ये कहा गया है कि _"यतीमों (अनाथों) के वली उनका माल उन्हें वापस करने से पहले उनकी लगातार आज़ामाइश करते रहें, जब तक कि वो शादी की उम्र तक पहुँच जायें"_ (4:6)। इससे उलेमा हज़रात ने ये नतीजा निकाला है कि *क़ुरआन ने शादी की एक कम से कम उम्र तय की है जो कम से कम सने बलोगत है।* चूंकि *लड़की की मंजूरी (कबूलियत) एक कानूनी/इस्लामी आवश्यकता है* इसलिए वो नाबालिग नहीं हो सकती है। हिशाम बिन उरवह इस हदीस के खास रावी हैं। उनकी जिंदगी दो दौरों में तकसीम की गयी है: 131 A.H. में मदनी मुद्दत समाप्त हुई, और *इराकी अवधि शुरू हुई, उस समय हिशाम की उम्र 71 साल थी। हाफ़िज़ ज़हबी ने बाद के समय में हिशाम की याददाश्त खराब हो जाने के बारे में बात की है* । मदीना, में उनके तालिबे इल्मों इमाम मालिक और इमाम अबू हनीफह ने इस हदीस का ज़िक्र नहीं किया है । इमाम मालिक और मदीने के लोगों ने उन्हें उनकी *इराकी हदीसों के लिए तंक़ीद (आलोचना) भी की है।* इस हदीस के सभी रावी इराकी हैं, जिन्होंने हिशाम से उसे सुना था। इराकी जो कि अभी तक खुलफाए राशिदीन और हज़रत आयशा से बुग्ज और अदावत रखते हैं | *अल्लामा कांधोलवी का कहना है कि हज़रत आयशा रज़ि. की उम्र के बारे में कहा गया शब्द 'तिस्सह अशरह' कहा गया है जिसका अर्थ 19 है, जब हिशाम ने सिर्फ तिस्सह सुना (या याद किया) जिसका मतलब 9 होता है।* मौलाना उस्मानी रह. का खयाल है कि इस तब्दीली को जान बूझ कर और बदनियती से बाद में बनाया गया था। इतिहासकार इब्ने इसहाक़ ने 'सीरते रसूलल्लाह' (स.अ.व.) *इस्लाम के पहले साल में इस्लाम स्वीकार करने वालों की एक फेहरिस्त (सूची) दी है* जिसमें हज़रत आयशा रज़ि. का नाम हज़रत अबु बक्र रज़ि. की छोटी बेटी आयशा रज़ि." के तौर पर दिया गया है। *अगर हम हिशाम के हिसाब को कुबूल करते हैं, तो उस वक्त तक वो पैदा भी नहीं हुई थीं।* नबी सल्लल्लाहू अलैहि वसल्लम की पहली बीवी, हज़रत ख़दीजा की वफात के कुछ दिनों बाद, *हज़रत खौवलह रजि. ने नबी सल्लल्लाहू अलैहि वसल्लम को बकरुन से दोबारा शादी करने का सुझाव दिया,* जिसकी मुराद हज़रत आयशा रज़ि. से था (मसनद अहमद)। अरबी में बकरुन का अर्थ गैर शादीशुदा लड़की, जिसने सने बलोगत को पार कर लिया हो और शादी की उम्र हो गई हो । एक छह साल की लड़की के लिए ये शब्द इस्तेमाल नहीं किया जा सकता है । कुछ अहले इल्म हज़रात का खयाल है कि हज़रत आयशा रज़ि. की शादी जल्दी हो गई थी क्योंकि अरब में लड़कियाँ जल्दी बालिग़ हो जाती हैं। लेकिन ये उस वक्त अरबों का आम रिवाज नहीं था । ये अल्लामा कांधोलवी के मुताबिक़, *इस्लाम से पहले या उसके बाद इस तरह का कोई मामला दर्ज नहीं है और न ही उसे नबी करीम (स.अ.व.) की सुन्नत के रूप में बढ़ावा दिया गया। नबी सल्लल्लाहू अलैहि वसल्लम ने अपनी बेटियों की शादी हज़रत फ़ातिमा रज़ि की 21 और हज़रत रुक़य्या रज़ि. की 23 साल* की उम्र में शादी कर दी थी। इसके अलावा, हज़रत अबु बकर सिद्दीक रज़ियल्लाहु अन्हु, हज़रत आयशा रज़ि. के वालिद ने 26 साल की उम्र में अपनी सबसे बड़ी बेटी हजरते अस्मा रज़ि. की शादी कर दी थी । *इस बात पर सबकी इत्तेफाक़ राये है कि हज़रत आयशा रजि. अपनी बड़ी बहन अस्मह रज़ि. से 10 साल छोटी थीं, जिनकी हिजरत के वक्त उम्र लगभग 28 साल थी ।

5 reasons why Aisha was at least 18 years old when she got married to the Prophet Muhammad (pubs): 1- In Bukhari, Kitab-ul-Manaaqib, it is narrated that Aisha said: لم أعقل أبوي قط إلا وهما يدينان الدين ولم يمر علينا يوم إلا يأتينا فيه رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم طرفي النهار بكرة وعشية فلما ابتلي المسلمون خرج أبو بكر مهاجرا قبل الحبشة “I became conscious of the world after my parents had accepted Islam. And every day, the Prophet (pbuh) would visit us twice, earlier and later in the day. After the community went through severe trials (when Islam was publicly pronounced) Abu-Bakr decided to head to Abyssinia (to flee persecution ) When does a child reach the age of consciousness? At least at the age of 5 or 6 right? Aisha was telling her memories, remembering the Prophet’s visits to her house when she was young. The trials of the Muslims started with the public pronouncement of Islam, which happened in the 3rd year of the Prophet’s mission. This precipitated a severe wave of persecution for the Muslims. They had no choice but to flee Mecca in the 5th year of Islam. This indicates that by the 5th year, Aisha was at least 7 or 8 years old. If Hijra took place in the 13th year, then she must have been at least 15 or 16. If she got married to the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) over 2 years after Hijra, then she must have been at least 18 when it happened. 2- In Bukhari, Kitab Tafseer-ul-Quran, it is narrated that Aisha (RA) said: لقد أنزل على محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم بمكة وإني لجارية ألعب بل الساعة موعدهم والساعة أدهى وأمر “It was revealed to the Prophet (pbuh) in Mecca, while I was a still playing as a child, the ayah [from surat al-Qamar]: “The last hour is the time when they shall truly meet their fate; and that last hour will be most calamitous, and most bitter”(Quran 54:46). So Aisha was conscious enough to understand the verses of the Quran and remember their meaning. Surat al-Qamar was revealed in the 6th year of the Prophet’s mission as Qurtubi mentioned. Now how old Aisha must have been at the time? At least 8 or 9 I would say. If Hijra took place in the 13th year, then she was at least 15 or 16 at the time, which puts her at the age of 17 or 18 when she got married. 3- Imam Ahmad narrates the circumstances of Aisha’s marriage to the Prophet (pbuh). He says that al-Mut’am b. A’dy proposed to her for his son Jubayr. When the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) approached Abu-Bakr asking for her hand in marriage, he told him that another family already approached him about the same thing and that he had to honor that. Later, Abu Bakr met al-Mut’am and his wife. He sensed hesitate from the mother of Jubayr. She said: “أخشى أن تُصبأ عائشةُ جبيرا” or “I worry Aisha would convert my son Jubayr to Islam". Abu Bakr asked the father about it, and he said that he had a similar concern as his wife. The marriage was called off and Abu Bakr told the Prophet (pbuh) That Aisha was available. How old must she have been in order to have this kind of influence? She must have been a charismatic, eloquent adult for Jubayr’s family to be concerned that she might convert their son to Islam. She definitely was not a child. 4- Muhammad b. Is’haaq, the great historian and biographer of Islam, and the teacher of ibn-Hishaam and Tabari, created a list of the first people that accepted Islam in his book as-Seera an-Nabawiyyah. He places Aisha at #19. Since the first 20 conversions must have happened in the first year, then Aisha was at least 5 years old to have that kind of consciousness (she was probably older). If she was at least 5 in the first year, then at Hijra she was at least 18 right? Which puts her at the age of 20 when she got married to the Prophet (pbuh) two years later. 5- Historians agree that Asmaa’, Aisha’s sister، was at least 27 during Hijra, as referenced by the great historian and biographer ibn-ul Atheer in his book Ussd-ul-Ghaba. Since Asmaa’ was at most 10 years older than her sister (as ibn Abdel Barr said in his book al-Istee’aab fy Ma’rifat il-Asshaab), that puts Aisha at the age of 17 at the time of Hijra, which makes her at least 19 at the time she married the Prophet (pbuh).. #MicDrop​

We know that ʿĀʾisha was married two or three years before hijra, thus placing her at fourteen or fifteen years old at the time of marriage and seventeen or eighteen when the marriage was consummated. So the prophet (pbuh) consummated the marriage with Āʾisha when Āʾisha was in her late teens.

It goes as: Sayyidah Aisha said: ‘When a girl is nine years old, she is a woman (meaning, she has attained puberty).’ (Tirmidhi, Hadith 1109) Hence, it is amazing to see a person making so much effort in trying to malign other religions and prophets based upon HALF TRUTHS; On one hand you rely on proof of the age of marriage from islamic sources - however on the other hand you IGNORE all the references from the same sources which point to the fact that there was a gap of 3 years between marriage and consummation of marriage and that this wait period was meant to give her sufficient time to develop as a women which was confirmed by Aisha R.A herself. Lastly the success of her marriage and the love and affection between her and prophet saws till he breathed his last and even after that is Proof that all these allegations are nothing but means to obfuscate the truth and to divert the attention from the core concepts of Islam ie Islamic Monotheism

In Islam, age doesn't matter to get married but PUBERTY matters. If a girl hits her PUBERTY then she is eligible to get married. PUBERTY depends on many factors. Environment genetic weather etc. That's why PUBERTY differs every nations. In the USA, few PROVINCES got different age to get married. In the Texas , it's 14 pretty enough for a girl to get married. In Malaysia, it was 18 and now they reduced to 16. In gulf(middle East) countries girls gets their first mensuration at the age 7 - 11. In India, some 25 years back it was between 18 and 19 . And recent days it's too early 7-12. There are loads of reasons behind marriage between greatest muhammed PBUH and mother Ayesha Ra. I just came across another explanation from a so called believer...and he said that in Arab the age of a girl is defined after she has reached puberty...which means...that Ayesha was 9 years into puberty when Muhammad consummated the marriage with her... (Chap 4: Verse 6) the Quranic Verse which you have quoted ( Chapter 65 verse 4) is not about minors but again the Creator is talking about "Women" . 👉 “And for such of your women as despair of menstruation, if ye doubt, their period (of waiting) shall be three months, along with those who have it not” [al-Talaaq 65:4]. In your taken out Verse from Quran Chap 65 al-Talaaq : Verse 4 , the Creator does not specify minors but "Women" who are in Perimenopause stage or Menopause or Postmenopause stage . The rest of the reference which you have given out from Hadiths , do not match the criteria & nature of the Quran which is the Furqan , the Criterion. That is why the Main Stream Muslim Majority do not accept minor age in Marriage as it is in opposition to the Creator's statement in Quran. Hadiths were written 200 years after the Prophet's death , lots of Fabrications had taken place for political personal selfish gains , therefore they are unreliable if they do not match the nature of Quran. They are then widely rejected by Main Stream Muslim Majority . It would be very nice for everyone if one could come out of the Hate Box & understand the Creator's Wisdom & Logic behind Quranic Verses which the Creator of the Universe and Beyond states as a Guidance to entire Mankind so that he/she may not get indulge in chaotic endings in their personal Worldly life.

5 reasons why Aisha was at least 18 years old when she got married to the Prophet Muhammad (pubs): 1- In Bukhari, Kitab-ul-Manaaqib, it is narrated that Aisha said: لم أعقل أبوي قط إلا وهما يدينان الدين ولم يمر علينا يوم إلا يأتينا فيه رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم طرفي النهار بكرة وعشية فلما ابتلي المسلمون خرج أبو بكر مهاجرا قبل الحبشة “I became conscious of the world after my parents had accepted Islam. And every day, the Prophet (pbuh) would visit us twice, earlier and later in the day. After the community went through severe trials (when Islam was publicly pronounced) Abu-Bakr decided to head to Abyssinia (to flee persecution ) When does a child reach the age of consciousness? At least at the age of 5 or 6 right? Aisha was telling her memories, remembering the Prophet’s visits to her house when she was young. The trials of the Muslims started with the public pronouncement of Islam, which happened in the 3rd year of the Prophet’s mission. This precipitated a severe wave of persecution for the Muslims. They had no choice but to flee Mecca in the 5th year of Islam. This indicates that by the 5th year, Aisha was at least 7 or 8 years old. If Hijra took place in the 13th year, then she must have been at least 15 or 16. If she got married to the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) over 2 years after Hijra, then she must have been at least 18 when it happened. 2- In Bukhari, Kitab Tafseer-ul-Quran, it is narrated that Aisha (RA) said: لقد أنزل على محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم بمكة وإني لجارية ألعب بل الساعة موعدهم والساعة أدهى وأمر “It was revealed to the Prophet (pbuh) in Mecca, while I was a still playing as a child, the ayah [from surat al-Qamar]: “The last hour is the time when they shall truly meet their fate; and that last hour will be most calamitous, and most bitter”(Quran 54:46). So Aisha was conscious enough to understand the verses of the Quran and remember their meaning. Surat al-Qamar was revealed in the 6th year of the Prophet’s mission as Qurtubi mentioned. Now how old Aisha must have been at the time? At least 8 or 9 I would say. If Hijra took place in the 13th year, then she was at least 15 or 16 at the time, which puts her at the age of 17 or 18 when she got married. 3- Imam Ahmad narrates the circumstances of Aisha’s marriage to the Prophet (pbuh). He says that al-Mut’am b. A’dy proposed to her for his son Jubayr. When the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) approached Abu-Bakr asking for her hand in marriage, he told him that another family already approached him about the same thing and that he had to honor that. Later, Abu Bakr met al-Mut’am and his wife. He sensed hesitate from the mother of Jubayr. She said: “أخشى أن تُصبأ عائشةُ جبيرا” or “I worry Aisha would convert my son Jubayr to Islam". Abu Bakr asked the father about it, and he said that he had a similar concern as his wife. The marriage was called off and Abu Bakr told the Prophet (pbuh) That Aisha was available. How old must she have been in order to have this kind of influence? She must have been a charismatic, eloquent adult for Jubayr’s family to be concerned that she might convert their son to Islam. She definitely was not a child. 4- Muhammad b. Is’haaq, the great historian and biographer of Islam, and the teacher of ibn-Hishaam and Tabari, created a list of the first people that accepted Islam in his book as-Seera an-Nabawiyyah. He places Aisha at #19. Since the first 20 conversions must have happened in the first year, then Aisha was at least 5 years old to have that kind of consciousness (she was probably older). If she was at least 5 in the first year, then at Hijra she was at least 18 right? Which puts her at the age of 20 when she got married to the Prophet (pbuh) two years later. 5- Historians agree that Asmaa’, Aisha’s sister، was at least 27 during Hijra, as referenced by the great historian and biographer ibn-ul Atheer in his book Ussd-ul-Ghaba. Since Asmaa’ was at most 10 years older than her sister (as ibn Abdel Barr said in his book al-Istee’aab fy Ma’rifat il-Asshaab), that puts Aisha at the age of 17 at the time of Hijra, which makes her at least 19 at the time she married the Prophet (pbuh). #MicDrop​

(Deuteronomy 13) Kill the Entire Town if One Person Worships Another God Suppose you hear in one of the towns the LORD your God is giving you that some worthless rabble among you have led their fellow citizens astray by encouraging them to worship foreign gods. In such cases, you must examine the facts carefully. If you find it is true and can prove that such a detestable act has occurred among you, you must attack that town and completely destroy all its inhabitants, as well as all the livestock. Then you must pile all the plunder in the middle of the street and burn it. Put the entire town to the torch as a burnt offering to the LORD your God. That town must remain a ruin forever; it may never be rebuilt. Keep none of the plunder that has been set apart for destruction. Then the LORD will turn from his fierce anger and be merciful to you. "The LORD your God will be merciful only if you obey him and keep all the commands I am giving you today, doing what is pleasing to him." (Deuteronomy 13:13-19 NLT) Kill Followers of Other Religions. If your own full brother, or your son or daughter, or your beloved wife, or you intimate friend, entices you secretly to serve other gods, whom you and your fathers have not known, gods of any other nations, near at hand or far away, from one end of the earth to the other: do not yield to him or listen to him, nor look with pity upon him, to spare or shield him, but kill him. Your hand shall be the first raised to slay him; the rest of the people shall join in with you. You shall stone him to death, because he sought to lead you astray from the Lord, your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, that place of slavery. And all Israel, hearing of this, shall fear and never do such evil as this in your midst. (Deuteronomy 13:7-12 NAB) 6 “Someone close to you might secretly persuade you to worship other gods. It might be your own brother, your son, your daughter, the wife you love, or your closest friend. They might say, ‘Let’s go and serve other gods.’ (These are gods that you and your ancestors never knew. 7 They are the gods of the people who live in the other lands around you, some near and some far away.) 8 You must not agree with them. Don’t listen to them or feel sorry for them. Don’t let them go free or protect them. 9-10 No, you must kill them with stones. You be the first one to pick up stones and throw at them. Then everyone must throw stones to kill them, because they tried to pull you away from the Lord your God. And every day, the Prophet (pbuh) would visit us twice, earlier and later in the day. After the community went through severe trials (when Islam was publicly pronounced) Abu-Bakr decided to head to Abyssinia (to flee persecution ) When does a child reach the age of consciousness? At least at the age of 5 or 6 right? Aisha was telling her memories, remembering the Prophet’s visits to her house when she was young. The trials of the Muslims started with the public pronouncement of Islam, which happened in the 3rd year of the Prophet’s mission. This precipitated a severe wave of persecution for the Muslims. They had no choice but to flee Mecca in the 5th year of Islam. This indicates that by the 5th year, Aisha was at least 7 or 8 years old. If Hijra took place in the 13th year, then she must have been at least 15 or 16. If she got married to the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) over 2 years after Hijra, then she must have been at least 18 when it happened. 2- In Bukhari, Kitab Tafseer-ul-Quran, it is narrated that Aisha (RA) said: لقد أنزل على محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم بمكة وإني لجارية ألعب بل الساعة موعدهم والساعة أدهى وأمر “It was revealed to the Prophet (pbuh) in Mecca, while I was a still playing as a child, the ayah [from surat al-Qamar]: “The last hour is the time when they shall truly meet their fate; and that last hour will be most calamitous, and most bitter”(Quran 54:46). So Aisha was conscious enough to understand the verses of the Quran and remember their meaning. Surat al-Qamar was revealed in the 6th year of the Prophet’s mission as Qurtubi mentioned. Now how old Aisha must have been at the time? At least 8 or 9 I would say. If Hijra took place in the 13th year, then she was at least 15 or 16 at the time, which puts her at the age of 17 or 18 when she got married. 3- Imam Ahmad narrates the circumstances of Aisha’s marriage to the Prophet (pbuh). He says that al-Mut’am b. A’dy proposed to her for his son Jubayr. When the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) approached Abu-Bakr asking for her hand in marriage, he told him that another family already approached him about the same thing and that he had to honor that. Later, Abu Bakr met al-Mut’am and his wife. He sensed hesitate from the mother of Jubayr. She said: “أخشى أن تُصبأ عائشةُ جبيرا” or “I worry Aisha would convert my son Jubayr to Islam". Abu Bakr asked the father about it, and he said that he had a similar concern as his wife. The marriage was called off and Abu Bakr told the Prophet (pbuh) That Aisha was available. How old must she have been in order to have this kind of influence? She must have been a charismatic, eloquent adult for Jubayr’s family to be concerned that she might convert their son to Islam. She definitely was not a child. 4- Muhammad b. Is’haaq, the great historian and biographer of Islam, and the teacher of ibn-Hishaam and Tabari, created a list of the first people that accepted Islam in his book as-Seera an-Nabawiyyah.
