Hey MD , you did keep a saltwater tank in the past . Thoughts on trying that again or does it take a lot of time to look after. Also could you give us an update on the harlequin rasbora tank ,really love the contrast of the black sand to the reddish brown wood !

Such a good looking tank. The addition of the tiger lotus really gives the planting scheme a pop. I prefer buying juvenile fish for a new tank tbh, watching them grow along with tank is part of the enjoyment for me.

Yes! Revisiting a tank after its been running to see the progress! This is fantastic, both in entertainment and education value. No assuming a tank was torn down as fast as it was scaped for the next video:) good luck MD!

I am loving the maintenance videos, especially the rainbow tank. I am having the fungus on the spiderwood, green hair. Diatoms. Plus I medicated for Columnaris and now my spiderwood turned blue. Ugh it is a hot mess. Totally devastated. Your videos are helping me keep going.

We have a goldfish and three shubunkin goldfish. They are full of character and always rooting around. I finally found a planting system that they don't rip up 🤣 I've also a little community temperate tank with hillstream loaches, platies, diamond tetras, pearl danios and zebra danios. They are wonderful to watch - especially the pearl danio shoal. Just gorgeous ❤️

I'm surprised you didn't remove the riccia rocks before trimming them to contain the mess. The trimmings tend to metastasize everywhere in the tank.

MD, do you know about planted reef tanks. I watched your reef tank series and was disappointed that you took it down. I saw in the comments you said you like plants way better. So why don't you try out macroalgae aquariums. You could try out different types of macroalgae to create a unique aquascape. Not like coral reef tanks which almost always looks the same.

Could you possibly do a video on how to properly use different Lilly pipes and where they should be in the water? Qand differnt types? Including Lilly pipes with skimmers

Hi MD, another great tank and i have to admit that I'm a bit jealous that your tanks are running so good and effortless. I'm struggling to keep my echinodorus alive ;-) The color of your plant are just stunning. I know that you are using affordable flood lights on multiple tanks. Can you give a feedback on long term usage of such lights? How often you have to change those lights? I used some of them inside the aquarium cover and they overheated quickly and lost a lot of power. The next tank will be an open one so I have the opportunity to use the lights like you and guarantee good heat dissipation. Did you ever think of PAR, CRI or K-values when choosing a light?
