Taako’s face when imagining Barry and Lup getting married is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. You capture his more complex emotions from later in the video really well, but those two frames are just so sweet. He’s so happy for his sister.

God, there's just SO much to love in this little animatic, but for some reason, I especially love the way Lup tucks her hair back behind her ear when she says, "Barry already gave me a day."

I love this animation. This is my favorite scene between the twins so far because it's so genuine and it's one of the few times they've put aside all of their jokes and goofs and showed how much they really care about each other. What makes it even more emotional for me is knowing what happened to Lup in the future. But anyway I loved it and I'd love to see more ❤️

I know I’m late to the Party, but Griffin is a genius. He portrays Lup and Taako’s dynamic perfectly, or any meaningful relationship in that matter. Taako cares for his sister so much that he will do anything that makes her happy, but Is also scared for her as well. And the way she says “you are my heart” really portrays the bond they have.

There are tears in my eyes. The way you captured this moment, easily one of my favorite moments in the series, just really hits hard. Your Taako and Lup are gorgeous and ugh I'm in love. Wonderful, wonderful work!!

I love your designs so much. They look basically the same due to their face shape and eyes (which is good since they are twins), but you make them distinct​ enough that it's obvious which one is which. This is a very solid and well done animatic in general as well. You did everything so well

that is some attractive designs! I really like them and the expressions! the other details like Taako's legs and the hand gripping his pants and the hand holding really add some more emotionally attachment between them which is a fantastic touch

A sibling bond, especially that of twins, is something very unique and powerful. I think TAZ does a good job of displaying that.

this scene was one of my favorites and did in fact make me cry because lup and taako are such goofy characters but when they aren't that, for me its just like *oh wow now im feeling emotions thanks*. i was REALLY hoping someone had made an animatic of this when i listened to it so thank you so much for it :D

Wow! This was awesome! I think scenes like this can be so tricky, because there's a lot of diolouge, and little else, and you naturally came up with gestures, and played with angles, and made the whole scene really engaging. My favorite part is that through your drawings you were really able to communicate thought! Thank you so much for putting this out there int he world, and I hope you always keep drawing!

This made me start crying. The artwork is phenomenal just so you know, and I love how you staged it. So good. Soooooo good.

It's all fun and games until Justin said Taako's legs were shaking and he was terrified, that caught me off guard and practically knocked the wind out of me first time I heard this scene 💔 like I was just vibing with this sweet sentimental scene, lil emotional on its own yep, then Justin drops that bomb and idk something about the way he described it, how harshly it contrasted with Taako speaking in his usual aloof manner and then the curtain is ripped back that no no he's really upset by this, when the normal outward Taako doesn't DO vulnerable and scared and upset, so we know it's a big deal when he is... it hecked me up

I love this animatic well done!!! but oh my god there are details of this scene that just FSDFKSDF show how great this story is, how much heart the boys put in there. I LOVE the subtle way Griffin makes Lup's voice similar to Taako's but it's uniquely her you know? And "you are my heart" and Taako's leg trembling? It's such a well written (spoken?) sibling relationship, with the goofs and with the genuine moments... just as expected from our sweet sweet brothers

I adore this. I love the body language, especially the hands, and the expressions are masterful. Some of the cuts might be a little too quick to work in a moving format but I still really like them and the art you put into them a whole lot.

imagine my surprise when one of my favorite RVB artists from tumblr pops up with a gorgeous video from one of my OTHER favorite fandoms on youtube, 6 years after the fact. this is effing delightful and one of my favorite moments in Balance.
