Also i dont know if this counts by there are rarer shirts that were created by never given to anyone. One example being the 1st birthday shirt, it was added to the game but I believe it was never given to anyone and removed and can be found in the files of the game

i know that the youtuber CR4F70R has the helixx shirt and they gave that shirt to people that helped them in promoting unknown good VR games and to just test games and review them in general and if you worked with them and happened to help them in the rec room part of helixx you would get the shirt up tell 2018 i think when until they had said differences with rec room

they were in the rec center for awhile and at the end of the year, probably has around 250k item owners

you also get raw data and full green winter with white hat so if you report it you pretty much have one of the top 10 rarest accounts and ive reported a P2 and P3 and 4 so im close to it

the site to report security vulnerabilities is recroom.com/sec-vuln, but they only give money now. white hat isn't available anymore as far as I know

The white hat is actually still obtainable! While only extremely few people are able to get it, its still obtainable! I even saw one of my friends earn it not to long ago!
