Funny IS that i already used that "lying plank crunch" I really feel it in the lower abs portion where it's stretch by this lying position. You need to do reps of this and finish with the basic stationnary plank for full work. Good workout

"An 6" should be "A 6", no? "An" is used when the next word starts with a vowel or sounds like a vowel when spoken aloud. Unless there's a special rule with numbers I'm unaware of. Possible! Also, awesome vid as usual, guys!

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing.
I lost a ton of weight in a few months doing something I came up with called a crab walk plank. You get in crab walk position and you lift your core so its flat and perpendicular to your legs, then you move your legs side to side while holding your stomach up. I lost weight incredibly fast doing it.
an active plank is also just squeezing every muscle without the tilt
So, it's just a "crunch"?
