Emily is soooooooo sweet. You can tell how much she loves living the star wars!! Temuera is such a silly goose and Ming Na Wen is so precious and fun. She was cutting up with us. Just such a magical day. The next one we are going to will have the voice actors from the clone wars and rebels. I can't wait to see Edith flip when she meets Ashley Eckstein! 😂😂😂😂

@@stevena.7022haha. I know from the trailers how Torbin got his injuries, but we now know it happened while the Jedi were coming to retrieve Osha, and it wasn’t shown in this episode, so there’s still a lot missing from this story

I think that someone is manipulating Mae the way Palpatine manipulated Anakin. Anakin was afraid of losing Padme and Mae was afraid of losing her sister. Both were vulnerable.

Your expo experience made me feel so happy for you!!! I seem to recall someone saying there was a Rashomon element to this show, so I expect we will also get the story from Mae's pov and probably Sol, so we get the Jedi side of things. I am also thinking that the Sith master pursued Mae to get the secrets of this coven (which Mae vowed to protect after her mom's death)...through which someone possibly created Anakin. What a great episode that not only propels the story forward but poses questions that opens up possibilities for the wider SW universe!!! Spice creams...don't know what that could be but I need some to go along with my blue milk! Those signed figures...chef's kiss!!! ❤

In the scene where wakes up in the ship, Torbin has the marks he had when he grew up. It doesn't look very good from the scene, but if you pause and look closely, you can see that he is injured. So they give us to understand that they haven't told the whole story yet.

An excerpt in the trailer shows that the witches all have black eyes. This means a witch has taken control of everyone and probably some of the Jedi like Kelnacca and Torbin who fight each other in the trailer. In the ship at the end you can see Torbin's bloody scar on his face, which is fresh. Greetings from Germany😊

Glad you guys got to meet some great Star Wars actors! Lived the pic you guys got with Tem! My take on the incident is that Mae just meant to light the picture on fire but it got out of hand and she dropped it. And yeah, I agree with you guys- that fire or explosion or whatever it was is definitely not the reason for the pile of bodies laying there as they ran out. It was pointed out to me that Master Indara and Torbin are in the background of the ship at the end and he has fresh facial injuries, so something went down off screen. I'm guessing/hoping it'll be revealed later.

Great reaction, once again! I’m so glad you had a great experience at Fan Expo! I’m thinking we get a present day episode next week. Then Mae’s perspective with Sol being the last flashback and we get the full story. I think it’s gonna be really dark and really sad. Looking forward to next week!

Yes, Edith did say that to her. haha In fact she told Emily that she trained our dog Buffy to go on a walk and when making turns or crossing the street Buffy knows to wait for the command "this is the way" and she thought that was super cool. Meeting Obi Wan would be like walking around in a dream. I don't know if I could cope. Sure hope you get to go. It's magical.

After "eradicating" the Sith hundreds and hundreds of years ago, the Jedi frowned upon all other Force users that didn't refer to the Force as the Force. And since they and the Sith were the only Force user's that "took" children from their homes at a young age, they outlawed any children being trained by anything other than Jedi. I was not a fan of the line from Indara, "You can not deny that the Jedi have the right to train all potential Padawans...with your permission, of course." That's contradictory. I didn't mind the episode except for the fact that the entire episode was backstory, and there were still unanswered questions. There are only 8 episodes, and more time should be devoted to the present story so that the rest doesn't feel rushed.

@@remoterebels2 i think mother koril is mae's master. she didn't appear among the dead witches and they were all clustered to o closely to suggest the witches died in battle. probably poisoned. koril was the one who hated the jedi the most. she probably put some voodoo on mae when she started the fire lol. koril seemed to favor mae anyway.

Well, I may not be a fan of this plot so far but at least I'm starting to get the answers I was looking for... Just last time I was wondering "why does this guy meditating look like a 16 year-old kid with a fake beard slapped on" xD. The Jedi and the Witches may be wise, but they never learnt the way of the backhand, if my gran had been in charge of that coven both those kids would never have ended up so annoying. Boy do they make me understand Anakin. I know you two don't react to anything outside of Star Wars, but if you've never watched it, Raising Hope is now on D+. It's my favorite sitcom ever, everyone should watch it.

Watched it all the way through at least 5 times. Our fav episode is Burt touches hot things. Arbor Day, the flashback episode to Jimmy's Drakkar Noir days, the one where they sell chocolate xD Back to Star Wars though... The bearded child guy got promoted to master in 10 years. He was cast in more Greg García stuff but I still haven't gotten to it, and after that he's played mostly nutjobs and psychos as far as I know xD... he's still pretty good in those roles though

So I think it's kinda like that movie Vantage point where they tell u each POV? I guess? I know it's very different from what we are used to seeing but I would rather have this than nothing at all this summer. 1983 to 1999 was a long long wait. At least it is making us ask lots of questions. And yes the expo was magical. I didn't realize the energy it would give me meeting all of them. They really make you feel special and a part of something. U know I love ya Jake! Ahsoka and Andor should be coming back soon.

Favreau had plans to use Gino Carano to bring a new series Squadron something which is part of the EU but Disney cancelled her. I do believe Edith who has read comics and the books about the EU would know there are so many stories we could be enjoying now about it.
