The Ability Factor: Employing people with disabilities makes good business sense
People with disabilities represent an untapped pool of skills that can enhance business.
However, people with disabilities frequently face greatbarriers to work that go beyond physical obstacles -- stereotypes and wrong assumptions often prevent this significant chunk of the world population from contributing to the economy.

marykeefe I agree ! And for some countries, adding the audio captioning will be easier to catch up the intention of the audience and make them focus if we show this video in the public seminar.
Great clip! The conversations need to start taking happening freely if we want mindsets to shift.
I almost have my doctorate degree with a lot of diverse experience while overcoming the barrier of epilepsy and getting a job is very difficult.

Would you call abled ppl resources? Nope. You'd just call them ppl. Stop calling me a resource. It's actually dehumanizing. I'm a person, not a job morale-booster or a spice to make a company more appealing.
