@@maria-212 the older generation? The people in the 90s? We are the ones who made things like "earth day" cool. We just didnt have the technology that you do today. Most people can go out and buy a tesla today or put solar panels on their house. We didnt have electric cars and solar power was in its new and didnt work that well and cost 40-50k. What has the young generation done to help the planet? Dont you think you're worse? You have all this technology at your fingertips that could help the planet and what do you do? You cause a culture war against Elon Musk, the man who has made the electric car worth a shit. Stop blaming past generations when you arent doing a damn thing

That was a 6 minute roller-coaster of emotions. The memories of playing with and learning from my big brother. The memories of gaining and losing friends I grew up with. Finding and losing religion. Discovering love. Fighting or and being defended by those I heard out and helped. The laughs I had. The tears I shed. The loves that came and went. The hurt and scars I gained from growing up. I'm glad that watching a video like this brought back all those memories. I'm happy to be able to remember them all. Because being able to do so reminds me of who and why I am who I am today. To look back through my history and be able to learn from them to be a better person. If anyone catches this comment, please, be kind to one another. People can yell and scream all day about the Left and Right, or Whites and Blacks. But, at the end of each and every day, the only thing in this world that can bring us happiest and help us through any situation, is another human being. That's all we really have that will make a difference today and tomorrow. The next time you see someone on the street or in a store, just tell them "Hi! I hope you have a great day today and a better tomorrow." To just ONE person. That comment can make their day, trust me. Take Care Everyone!

I was born in November 1969. I was a teen in the 1980s and a young adult in the 1990s. I feel privileged since I enjoyed the best decades ever when I was still young. The XXI century only brought bad entertainment, bad music, political hatred, dangerous divisions in society, stupidity, and to top it all, a lethal desease. I feel very sad that it is my generation that basically rule the world today. What have we done? What have we become?

I wish i could be born in the 90s or other decade like this, every single person has a point of view with every year that grew up, the experience with so beautiful things and born too, but those years were the best for many persons all around the world. This video embodies the 90's brilliantly, and reminds me over and over again how entertainers were so innovative in this decade. It seems like no one wants to try anymore. Michael Jackson's Scream video was so ahead of it's time with it's futuristic theme and the fact that he and his sister did it together made it even more iconic! The '90s felt so optimistic and positive compared to what it's like today. Back then I looked forward towards the future and wanted to see what would come next. Since that time almost everything has been heavily tainted by insidious and nefarious groups and individuals (politics, fringe groups, etc). Things just seem to get worse with time and it's been a very, very long time since I've felt optimistic about the future. I would gladly give up what we have today to go back to the '90s because what we had back then was more then good enough for me and everything wasn't so stupid and crazy. It's so sad to see how things have turned out since then 😥.

I read so many comments that filled with despair and hopelessness for the future. I'd like to tell you something... in Finland year 89, new year's even before the 90's began, I was a little kid in a very dark era, the last years of CCCP. I was at the town's fireworks party, freezing my hands because I had lost my cloves somewhere...I looked up to the sky and a thought passed me very strongly, that this coming year was to be exeptional. It was - the fall of the Soviet union. And the instant economic boost that followed which lifted my country and many other countries out of the ike of the shadow of living with communism. I'd like to remind everyone, that no one back then believed that the Soviet union would ever fall. It was deemed to be forever, the system was so absolute. Today we look back at it and laugh at it's absurdity, but back then it was a reality that we couldn't question. One day soon, we will look back at our current system and laugh at it the same way. It too will fall, no matter how absolute it looks to us now, to it's own absurdity... - And I can swear I feel it coming. I believe you do too. Have some hope, and never stop reaching for the better. It will count for alot, maybe not today but soon...

The Matrix was back in theaters for a short time last year before Resurrections came out, and Titanic will be back in cinemas on Feb. 9 for it's 25th anniversary, and I can't wait to see it the way it was meant to be seen (I was 7 when it came out, so I missed out). Jurassic Park (June) and Saving Private Ryan (September) also turn 30 and 25 this year, so I'm crossing my fingers we get a re-release of those as well🤞🏻🤞🏻

It’s impossible to make a 90s tribute with the same feels as the 80s one because of one simple obvious reason: 90s is not 80s. Every decade has a different tone, a different vibe, a different personality, different memories. I can put 90s images with Waiting for a Star to fall but that wouldn’t work 😄. Thanks for your comment! Cheers bro!

@@thevintagetribute I completely agree that the 80s and 90s are very different decades. I just think your 80s montage was better in how well you made the transitions and made your edit choices. I can see you really took a lot of time to match the video content with the lyrics and key changes in your 80s mix. This 90s edit is really good, better than your first 90s video, and I can see you put a lot of time in this one as well. It's just that your 80s montage is not only better because of the decade, it's better in your song choice and edits. Somebody else suggested New Radicals -Get What You Give. I think you could do an amazing 90s montage with that one. It would match the positive vibes of Waiting for a Star to Fall 😁 Big fan! Keep up the great work!

Same. April '87. Breathed the 80s movies and TV as I grew up also enjoying the 90s.

I was born in 86 but the 90s, Toonami, hiphop, video games etc. I would love to do it all over again.
